We were still with our special guests at home, and for lunch we wanted to prepare something easy, fast and delicious and like all of the team we love melted cheese we decided to prepare an exquisite pasta with meat, chorizo and melted cheese which gave it a special touch, and I came to share the recipe with you.
Lo mejor es que usamos pocos ingredientes, aunque realmente ustedes pueden agregarle más cosas si lo desean pero con solo estos les aseguro que quedará deliciosa y espero que a ustedes también les guste.
The best thing is that we use few ingredients, although you can really add more things if you wish, but with only these I assure you that it will be delicious and I hope you like it too.

- Carne molida // Ground beef
- Aliños // Dressings
- Chorizo // Chorizo
- Queso fundido // Melted cheese
Empezamos cocinando lo que más tarda, o sea la carne con un poco de agua, sal, aliños, ajo, hojas de laurel y tomate rallado que se lo agregamos al final con el chorizo. Queríamos agregarle un poco de color para darle un poco de color a la carne (valga la redundancia) pero se nos había terminado, así que solo le añadimos un poco de salsa de tomate también.
We start by cooking what takes the longest, that is, the meat with a little water, salt, seasonings, garlic, bay leaves and grated tomato that we add at the end with the chorizo. We wanted to add a little color to it to give the meat a little color (forgive the redundancy) but we had run out of it, so we just added a little tomato sauce as well.
Seguidamente pusimos a hervir agua en una olla para cocinar la pasta con un poco de aceite y sal, y luego pusimos a fundir el queso con un poco de mantequilla y leche liquida y dejamos cocinar hasta que el queso se haya derretido por completo.
Then we put water to boil in a pot to cook the pasta with a little oil and salt, and then we put the cheese to melt with a little butter and liquid milk and let it cook until the cheese has melted completely.
Para acompañar decidimos tostar unas rebanadas de pan con mantequilla, el cual es el complemento perfecto para la pasta.
To accompany it, we decided to toast some slices of bread with butter, which is the perfect complement to pasta.
Y listo, empezamos a servir, agregando primero la pasta, seguidamente la carne con chorizo y finalmente el toque especial, es decir el delicioso quedo fundido, y lista para comer. A nuestros invitados les encantó, y espero que a ustedes también les haya gustado esta receta.
And voila, we begin to serve, first adding the pasta, then the meat with chorizo and finally the special touch, that is, the delicious melted, and ready to eat. Our guests loved it, and I hope you guys liked this recipe too.
