Dec 14 2020 Walking Result, This Is Just The Start!

I am gaining a lot of weight and want to get my old body back.
I started this losing weight journey when i am in my 50kg.
My goal is to be 42 kg.
So i try the cheapest work out.
Its walking.
I walk with my sister to the nearby area.
Just near our house.

In this post, i wanna share what i did yesterday.
I count my steps using the application Pedometer Step Counter.
I thought that i walk just in nearby area, i dont expect that it give me quite a good result.

For Dec 14 2020
I walk 5467 steps.
Its 3.39 km.
Burn 152 kcal.
Walking time 0:58.

I plan to raise it today so wish me luck.
