Hola amigos, despues de tanto tiempo de estar en la comunidad y haber recibido reconocimiento y satisfacciones hoy quiero mostrarles un trabajo hecho a manera de gratitud para con la comunidad de Hive. Hice una moneda emulando las antiguas pero con la inscripcion del logo de Hive. La hice toda con materiales de reciclaje con los que siempre trabajo. Espero les guste ya que la hice pensando en todas las comunidades que estan dentro de Hive, y deseando que este proyecto siga creciendo cada dia mas con trabajo y creatividad. A continuacion el proceso de construccion.
Estas son las herramientas de trabajos utilizadas para hacer la moneda de Hive.

El material principal con el que se harà es con una lata de cerveza facil de conseguir en cualquier parte y a su vez ayudamos a reducir la contaminaciòn.
The main material with which it will be made is with a can of beer that is easy to find anywhere and in turn we help reduce pollution.
Abrimos un pequeño agujero en esta parte de la lata utilizando un objeto puntiagudo. Yo utilicè un destornillador de estrìas para hacerlo.
We open a small hole in this part of the can using a pointed object. I used a fluted screwdriver to do it.
Luego con las tijeras nos ocupamos de hacer el agujero un poco mas grande para que puedan entrar y asi cortar la lata.
Then with the scissors we take care of making the hole a little bigger so that they can enter and thus cut the can.
Asi es como debe quedarnos cuando hacemos el corte con la tijera.
This is how it should stay when we make the cut with the scissors.
Despues removemos con un corte de tijera la parte superior y la parte inferior de la lata.
Then we remove the upper part and the lower part of the can with a scissor cut.
Asi obtenemos la parte mas importante de la lata que nos servirà para construir la moneda de Hive.
Thus we obtain the most important part of the can that will serve us to build the Hive coin.
Por la parte que no esta pintada la lata trazamos un circulo, podemos utilizar un compas de precisiòn o pueden hacer como yo, utilicè la base de la lata de cerveza para trazar el cìrculo. Haremos dos cìrculos para crear ambas caras de la moneda.
For the part that is not painted on the can we draw a circle, we can use a precision compass or you can do as I did, I used the base of the beer can to trace the circle. We will make two circles to create both sides of the coin.
Asì se verìa uno de los cìrculos extraìdos de la lata y que nos servirà para hacer las caras de la moneda. Debemos sacar dos iguales y realizar dentro de ellos otro cìrculo màs pequeño. estp con el objetivo de cortarlo y doblarlo para hacer una pequeña base que nos servirà luego para unir ambas caras.
This is what one of the circles extracted from the can would look like and that will help us to make the sides of the coin. We must draw two of the same and make another smaller circle within them. estp with the aim of cutting and folding it to make a small base that will later serve to join both sides.
Una vez que hayamos cortado la pestaña que dibujamos en pequeñas porciones pasamos a dibujar el logo de hive. Yo lo hice utilizando un lapicero sin tinta, para poder presionar mejor la lata y que el logo me quede con relieve.
Once we have cut the eyelash that we draw into small portions, we go on to draw the hive logo. I did it using a pen without ink, in order to better press the can and make the logo embossed.
Luego con las pinzas de precisiòn doblamos los cortes que hicimos. Debemos hacerlo de esta manera.
Then with the precision tweezers we double the cuts we made. We must do it this way.
Cuando hayamos terminado de coblar todas las pestañas la cara de la moneda nos quedara hueca. Debemos cortar un pedazo de cartor y trazar un circulo que quepa dentro de la parte hueca y asi le daremos dureza a la moneda, debemos ponerle pegamento.
When we have finished collecting all the tabs, the face of the coin will be hollow. We must cut a piece of cardboard and draw a circle that fits inside the hollow part and thus we will give hardness to the coin, we must put glue on it.
Unimos las dos partes que hemos hecho y nos quedaría asì.
We join the two parts that we have made and it would be like this.
De la lata que nos sobra cortamos una pequeña tira de unos 8 mm. Le untamos pegamento y la ponemos al rededor de las dos caras para unirlas y fijarlas. Servirá para ser el borde.
From the can that we have left over, we cut a small strip of about 8 mm. We spread glue and put it around the two faces to join and fix them. It will serve to be the edge.
Asi nos queda cuando le hemos puesto la pequeña tira y pintamos el logo de Hive en la moneda.
This is how it looks when we put the small strip on it and paint the Hive logo on the coin.
A la moneda le ponemos una cinta circular hecha de lata y la pintamos con marcador amarillo para darle un tono dorado y la pegamos en los bordes y asi nos queda nuestra moneda de Hive. Yo pensaba dejarlo hasta aqui porque me gustaba mucho como habia quedado sin embargo hice unos cambios y la moneda termino un poco mas diferente. Aqui estan los cambios.
To the coin we put a circular ribbon made of tin and we paint it with a yellow marker to give it a golden tone and we glue it on the edges and so we have our Hive coin. I was thinking of leaving it here because I really liked how it was, however I made some changes and the currency ended up a little more different. Here are the changes.
Los cambios que le hice a la moneda fue que el logo de hive se lo hice con recortes pequeños con lata de coca cola que encontre asi que no tuve que pintarlo. Y cambie el circulo dorado por circulos rojos. Tambien agregue la letra H en la otra cara de la moneda. Quise hacerle cotras cosas en relieve pero como ya habia trabajado mucho encima de la lata ya estaba muy debil y se rompìa con facilidad asi que la deje de esta manera. Tambien le puse unos anillos que saque de la parte superior de la lata. Me sirvieron para darle profundidad al logo mientras que cubre los bordes de la moneda perfectamente.
The changes I made to the coin was that the hive logo was made with small cutouts with a can of coke that I found so I didn't have to paint it. And change the golden circle to red circles. Also add the letter H on the other side of the coin. I wanted to make other things in relief but since I had already worked a lot on the can it was already very weak and broke easily so I left it this way. I also put some rings that I took from the top of the can. They served me to give the logo depth while covering the edges of the coin perfectly.
Así es como se ve en mis manos sostenida por ambas caras. Con la base de la lata le hice una base para ella y asi sostenerla. Ahora la tengo como un souvenir en mi escritorio de trabajar.
This is how it looks in my hands held on both sides. With the base of the can I made a base for it and thus hold it. Now I have it as a souvenir on my desk from work.
