It is fair and necessary that from time to time we take a walk in the park and think about solving routine things or even without thinking, we can just go for a walk for a while.

This is what I did, accompanied but taking my way on my own I thought about a thousand things, tried to find solutions, admired the landscape, took pictures, de-stressed and stretched my legs for a while, I even saw a beautiful owl.
Esto fue lo que hice, acompañada pero tomando mi camino por aparte pensé en mil cosas, trate de encontrar soluciones, admiré el paisaje, tomé fotos, me desestrese y estire las piernas un rato, hasta ví una hermosa lechuza.
I think the best way to relieve stress and clear the mind is to get out of the space where we are and look for nature, that relaxes us first of all, and secondly to stretch our legs, do some physical, recreational, spiritual activity that strengthens and de-stresses us.
Creo que lo mejor para el estrés y despejar la mente es salir del espacio donde estamos y buscar la naturaleza, eso nos relaja primero que todo, y segundo estirar las piernas, hacer alguna actividad física, recreacional, espiritual nos fortalece y desestresa.
I started to capture moments and creativity came to my mind, apart from that I also took personal pictures of me, which by the way I liked a lot because I feel that although I was sad and thoughtful I smiled naturally and I looked very pretty, it was like remembering my essence, remembering that even after the rain the rainbows come out, I thought of so many little things that bothered me and I decided to give it a stop and enjoy my walk.
Me puse a capturar momentos y me vino la creatividad a la mente a parte de eso también me tomé fotografías personales de mi, qué por cierto me gustaron mucho porque siento que aunque estaba triste y pensativa sonríe naturalmente y quede muy bonita, fue como recordar mi esencia, recordar que aún después de la lluvia salen los arcoiris, pensé en tantas cositas que me moleste y decidí darle un stop y disfrutar de mi paseo.

There was a puddle of water in the middle of a field and when I saw the reflections I went crazy clicking the camera, not only to that but to the sunset and some statues that are about 20 years old, and they are already a little broken, they are about motherhood, not only that but I was writing my name in the sand, chasing owls, looking for angles and shots to get a good picture.
Había un charco de agua en medio de una cancha y cuando ví los reflejos me volví loca dándole click a la cámara, no solo a eso sino al atardecer y a unas estatuas que tienen como 20 años de antigüedad, y ya están un poco deshechas, se tratan de la maternidad, no solo eso sino qué estuve escribiendo en la arena mi nombre, persiguiendo lechuzas, buscando ángulos y planos para tener una buena fotografía.

La fotografías son capturadas por mi celular Redmi 9t y a veces con mi cámara Nikon p500.
