Las iniciativas en mi opinión son una forma creativa para que los demás nos conozcan a través de pequeños detalles de nosotros, es por ello que me gustan mucho y la razón por la cual estoy participando en esta, que en particular me encanta porque Disney con todo lo precioso que representa en sus películas ha sido importante en mi vida cultivando una gran cantidad de recuerdos que atesoro en mi corazón. Greetings to all the members of the community, how are you? The initiatives in my opinion are a creative way for others to know us through small details about us, that is why I like them very much and the reason why I am participating in this one, which in particular I love because Disney with all the preciousness it represents in its movies has been important in my life cultivating a lot of memories that I treasure in my heart. Desde los inicios las películas de Disney han contado con un sinfín de características excepcionales que las han hecho grabarse en nuestra memoria, y una de ellas es que en su mayoría cuentan con una banda sonora magnífica. Nos encanta meternos en la historia que nos cuentan enganchándonos a esas canciones que son parte del encanto de este universo, podemos cantarlas sin importar la edad aunque haya gente a la que le parezca quizá ridículo. A decir verdad cada quien tiene derecho a su opinión, el problema en realidad radica en el no permitirle a los demás disfrutar de la experiencia emitiendo comentarios y críticas de mal gusto.
From the beginning, Disney movies have had countless exceptional features that have made them engraved in our memory, and one of them is that most of them have a magnificent soundtrack. We love to get into the story they tell us by getting hooked to those songs that are part of the charm of this universe, we can sing them regardless of age although there are people who may find it ridiculous. To tell the truth, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, the problem really lies in not allowing others to enjoy the experience by issuing comments and criticisms in bad taste.
‘En mi corazón’ de Tarzán – ‘You’ll Be In My Heart’ from Tarzan
La banda sonora de esta película, que es considerada una de los grandes clásicos dentro de las películas animadas de Disney, es de las mejores. Esta canción de Phil Collins incluso llegó a ganar premios en los Globos de Oro y los Oscar, algo impresionante que sin embargo no es la razón por la que se encuentra aquí, sino los sentimientos que transmite la misma. El amor de madre que traspasa cualquier barrera, incondicional, absoluto y puro, eso es lo que podemos encontrar aquí. Aunque luchando todavía con el dolor de haber perdido a su hijo biológico, siente a Tarzán como su hijo y lo cría como si fuese de su propia sangre, sin reversas, sin importarle lo que digan todos los demás, dispuesta a aprender a superar los obstáculos.
The soundtrack of this movie, which is considered one of the great classics within Disney's animated films, is one of the best. This song by Phil Collins even won awards at the Golden Globes and the Oscars, something impressive that is not the reason why it is here, but the feelings it conveys. A mother's love that transcends any barrier, unconditional, absolute and pure, that's what we can find here. Although still struggling with the pain of having lost her biological son, she feels Tarzan as her son and raises him as if he were of her own blood, without reversals, without caring what everyone else says, willing to learn to overcome obstacles.

‘Sigo aquí’ de El planeta del tesoro – ‘I’m Still Here’ from Treasure Planet
Esta película no es de las más reconocidas de Disney, pero no hay una que carezca de calidad, todas y cada una son especiales a su manera. La canción de ‘Sigo aquí’ la tengo incluso descargada, me encantó la versión de Alex Ubago con su magnífica interpretación llena de pasión. A través de esta canción en mi opinión se llega a empatizar por completo con Jim, nos evidencia esa carga que ha estado llevando de la ausencia de su padre y cómo lo ha afectado hasta llevarlo a esa adolescencia rebelde con la que muchos se identifican, además de la desconfianza en creer en los demás, dejarlos entrar en su vida para que lo conozcan por ese sentimiento de abandono porque su padre decidió dejarlo. Trata de reflejar ese proceso de autodescubrimiento por el que todos los jóvenes pasamos, de intentar encontrar nuestro lugar en el mundo.
This film is not one of Disney's most recognized films, but there is not one that lacks quality, each and every one is special in its own way. The song 'Sigo aquí' I even have it downloaded, I loved Alex Ubago's version with his magnificent interpretation full of passion. Through this song in my opinion you get to completely empathize with Jim, it shows us the burden he has been carrying from the absence of his father and how it has affected him to lead him to that rebellious adolescence with which many identify, in addition to the distrust in believing in others, letting them into his life to know him because of that feeling of abandonment because his father decided to leave him. It tries to reflect that process of self-discovery that all young people go through, trying to find our place in the world.

‘Afuera’ de El Jorobado de Notre Dame – ‘Out There’ from The Hunchback of Notre Dame
De entre las películas animadas de Disney esta ha sido la que he llegado a considerar como mi favorita, lo he mencionado en una previa oportunidad. Me sé cada una de sus canciones y diálogos, podría ponerlas en esta publicación a todas de ser posible pero hago un esfuerzo de tener variedad, como es lo usual cuando estoy eligiendo. Escoger solamente una canción de entre todas fue muy difícil, sin embargo creo que ‘Afuera’ nos muestra todos esos sentimientos con los que ha tenido que vivir Cuasimodo encerrado entre las paredes de la catedral de Notre Dame gracias a la manipulación de Frollo quien le asegura que por su deformidad los demás lo verán como un monstruo. Es una representación muy acertada del personaje principal y su vida, lo hace además de una manera hermosa con su música y letra. Recuerdo que una vez tuve un poco más de madurez pude comprender en verdad el dolor de Cuasimodo, la canción me hizo llorar al entender que se trataba de un prisionero clamando por libertad, por ser tratado como cualquier otra persona sin discriminación y poder disfrutar de esa vida que se le había negado.
Among the Disney animated movies this has been the one that I have come to consider as my favorite, I have mentioned it in a previous opportunity. I know every one of its songs and dialogues, I could put them all in this publication if possible but I make an effort to have variety, as usual when I am choosing. Choosing just one song out of all of them was very difficult, however I think that 'Out There' shows us all those feelings that Quasimodo has had to live with locked inside the walls of Notre Dame Cathedral thanks to the manipulation of Frollo who assures him that because of his deformity others will see him as a monster. It is a very accurate depiction of the main character and his life, it also does it beautifully with its music and lyrics. I remember that once I had a little more maturity I could truly understand Quasimodo's pain, the song made me cry when I understood that he was a prisoner crying out for freedom, to be treated like any other person without discrimination and to be able to enjoy the life he had been denied.
