¡Saludos comunidad! Mi post de hoy va para un par de amigos muy especiales, mis botines Converse, mis inseparables. Desde pequeña siempre he sido muy fiel a mis zapatos y cuando unos zapatos me gustan, los uso casi que todos los días, tanto así que si fuesen el único par que tuviese sería feliz y no me importaría. Son los primeros Converse que compré y hasta ahora los únicos que tengo entre mi calzado. Como no había de dama de mi talla, compré de caballero aunque nunca supe cuál era la diferencia entre los dos jaja. Ellos son diferentes, diferentes como yo, de suela y cordones grises, no de la típica y clásica suela blanca que por lo general se ve por ahí.
Greetings community! My today post is dedicated to a pair of very special friends, mi Converse boots, my inseparables. Since I was a child I have always be very faithful to my shoes and when I like a pair of them I can use it almost everyday, so much that if they were the only pair I had I wouldn´t care and I´ll be happy. They are the first Converse I bought and the only I have in my small footwear collection. There wasn´t my size for women so I bought for men although I still don´t know which is the difference haha. They are different, different like me, with grey sole and strings, not the typical and classic white one that you see everywhere.
Muchas historias que contar en estos 10 años / So many stories to tell in these 10 years
Mis botines Converse tienen historias que contar, llevan 10 años conmigo, han estado en reuniones, paseos y caminatas, han soportado largas colas y caminatas conmigo encima, han llevado sol y lluvia, han estado sucios y limpios, mojados y enlodados. Han disfrutado de mis mejores medias aunque también les ha tocado compartir con el agujero de alguna que otra no tan nueva jaja. Los he mimado e inundado en talco medicado alguna que otra vez pero son suertudos porque no sufro de mal de olor de pies jeje.
My Converse boots have many stories to tell, they have been in reunions, walks and rides, they have supported long files and walks with me above them, they have bear sun and rain, they have been clean and dirty, wet and muddy. They have enjoyed of my best stockings although sometimes they have met the hole of some not very new ones haha. I have pampered and suffocated them with medicated talc two or three times, but they are lucky because I never have suffer from bad smell feet haha.

Mis botines Converse tienen 10 años y hasta fuera del país han estado. Cuando los llevo puestos siento que vuelo. Han sido testigos de muchos conciertos maravillosos de rock por lo tanto han llevado cientos de pisotones y conocen muy bien ese dolor jajaja. ¿Cómo olvidar el concierto de Green Day? ¿O el de Alice in Chains en el Maquinaria de Chile donde llegué a pensar que los perdería, que se iban a deshacer de tantos pisotones que llevaron? Pero no, ellos aguantaron estoica y valientemente esa paliza jaja y juntos, disfrutamos de esas dos bandas, dos de mis bandas favoritas, vi esos dos sueños hacerse realidad junto a mis botines, no podía ser de otra manera, ese honor tenía que ser para ellos.
My Converse boots are 10 years old and they have even travel outside my country. When I wear them I feel like flying. They have been witnesses of many amazing rock concerts so they have bear many stamps on my feet and they know very well how that pain is hahaha. How to forget Green Day´s concert? And what about Alice in Chains show in Maquinaria Chile where I thought that they would ended destroyed and I would lose them because of the many stamps they had to support? But no, they standed brave and stoicaly all that beating haha and we enjoyed together of those two bands, two of my favorite bands, I saw those two dreams come true with my Converse boots. Couldn´t have been otherwise, I had to give that honour to them.

Lucen limpios en comparación a como han terminado luego de los conciertos jaja / They look clean comparing with how they have ended after a concert haha
Son 10 años de vivencias y experiencias conmigo, les he sacado la chicha como decimos en mi país pero para eso están los mejores amigos, para disfrutar con uno al máximo cada momento. Cuando mis pies han estado adoloridos es porque ellos han sido pisoteados, cuando mis pies han estado húmedos es porque ellos se han mojado, cuando el día ha estado relajado ambos han descansado, cuando mis botines Converse y mis pies andan juntos, sienten todo juntos.
Ten years of stories and experiences with me. I have made them sweat as we use to say here but that´s what best friends are for, to enjoy with us the maximum every moment. When my feet have been aching is because the have been stamped on, when my feet have been humid is because they have wet, when the day has been calm they have both rest. When my Converse boots and my feet are together, they feel everything together.

Esta franela resume bastante bien el amor que alguien le puede tener a sus zapatos Converse, el estampado se ha ido desvaneciendo pero aun la uso / This t-shirt explains very well the love that somebody can have for his or hers Converse shoes, the stamped has been disappearing but I still use it
Ya tienen 10 años y su aspecto ha cambiado, algunas costuras internas se han descosido, les han salido algunos agujeros a los lados y la tela de adentro hacia el tobillo se ha roto hace ya un buen tiempo. Pero los Converse tienen esa particularidad, mientras más usados y viejos lucen, más estilo y personalidad le dan a quien los lleva. A pesar de todo siguen aquí, siempre dispuestos a agarrar la calle jaja.
Already 10 years old and their look has changed, some internal seams are undone, some holes are now by the sides of the soles and the fabric inside where the ankle goes is torn since two years ago. But Converse shoes have that particularity, the most used and old they look, the more cool they are and the more personality give you. In spite of all that they are still here, always ready to kick the streets haha.

Hace unos dos meses duermen en su caja, si, en su caja original porque ya son 10 años y merecen descansar, hemos pasado juntos muchos momentos inolvidables pero no debo abusar. Probablemente un día me compraré otros botines Converse (siempre he querido unos verdes o unos rojos) y ya dejaré de usar estos o puede que quizás un día hasta terminen en la basura (bueno, eso lo dudo jajaja, creo que estoy exagerando un poco el drama), pase lo que pase ya están anotados en muchas páginas de mi historia personal. Gracias mis botines Converse, los amo.
Since two months ago they sleep in their box, yes, their original box, because it´s 10 years and they deserve to rest, we have been together through many unforgetable moments but I must not abuse. Probably one day I will buy another Converse boots (I have always wanted a green or red ones) and I´m gonna stop using these or maybe a day they will end in the trash (well, I really doubt that haha, I think I´m overdoing a little the drama), whatever happens they are already written in many pages of my personal story. Thank you my Converse boots, I love you.
