El lunes pasado por el imprevisto desafortunado que comente anteriormente no pude presenciar un taller online, el cual era de barbería, la orientación que se debe tomar al empezar y que áreas se deben de mejoras para poder crecer en el mundo de la barbería, pero afortunadamente a petición de muchos repitió el “en vivo” y tuve una segunda oportunidad de poder verlo y aprender de alguien que tiene 12 años en la industria.

Empecemos con quien es la persona detrás de todo esto, su nombre es David Falla un youtuber el cual sube tutoriales de barbería, su experiencia y consejos de lo que ha visto que le ha resultado. Desde hace 2 años pudo montar su propia barbería y desde hace aproximadamente 1 año publico una página para dar clases de forma online todo el conocimiento que ha aprendido en estos 12 años de carrera y de ves en cuando hace talleres (a veces gratuitos) para los que lo apoyan.
Let's start with who is the person behind all this, his name is David Falla, a youtuber who uploads barber shop tutorials, his experience and advice on what he has seen that has worked for him. For 2 years he was able to set up his own barbershop and for about 1 year he published a page to teach online all the knowledge he has learned in these 12 years of career and from time to time he does workshops (sometimes free) for the who support it.
Bueno comencemos a lo que vine a contar, al registrarte para ver el en vivo (a través de webinan) me dieron la opción de verlo en la hora que mejor nos convenga, el cual elegí para el sábado desde las 10:00 a.m. (ya que lo vi el viernes y los demás horarios eran en 5 minutos y el internet siempre es pésimo a esa hora), el cual duraría alrededor de una hora y media. Por lo tanto me dormí temprano para poder despertarme y poder ver el taller ya que lo estuve esperando por bastante tiempo (ya que al ser gratis podía verlo, porque no tengo el capital para poder pagar)

Me desperté 15 minutos antes y abrí el enlace de la sala en el que me salía un cronometro de lo que faltaba para empezar el taller, llego la hora y comenzó, esperó algunos minutos antes de empezar como tal el taller para hacer tiempo para que las personas empezaran a llegar, poco a poco llegamos a ser cerca de 90 espectadores y comenzó con por fin el taller.
I woke up 15 minutes earlier and opened the link to the room in which I got a timer of what was missing to start the workshop, the time came and it started, waited a few minutes before starting the workshop as such to make time for the people began to arrive, little by little we became about 90 spectators and the workshop finally began.
El inicio dando una breve introducción de que se tratara el taller (los objetivos), las reglas para estar en el taller, dándonos algunas preguntas para responder como que definimos como el éxito?, su definición del éxito, el donde se originó la información de este taller y una breve explicación de quien es él y algunos de sus logros que ha tenido en su carrera (tanto como barbero, youtuber y de su academia virtual).
The beginning giving a brief introduction of what the workshop was about (the objectives), the rules to be in the workshop, giving us some questions to answer such as what do we define as success?, Your definition of success, where the information from this workshop and a brief explanation of who he is and some of his achievements in his career (both as a barber, youtuber and in his virtual academy).
Contesto las preguntas más recurrentes que le han hecho como por ejemplo: cuanto se debe cobrar?, sus pasos a seguir (una formula en general); como saber cuándo se deben de subir los precios?, junto con un método que a utilizado desde hace muchos años; en que se debe invertir para poder abrirse paso en la industria?, donde menciona sus pautas más importantes para hacerlo; cómo hacer para tener más clientes? o también si quieres tener clientes (si se está empezando); se debe de hacer crear una imagen pública propia (una marca personal)?, en donde dio algunos tips para poder lograr esto.
I answer the most recurrent questions that have been asked, such as: how much should be charged ?, their steps to follow (a general formula); How to know when prices should be raised? Along with a method that has been used for many years; What should be invested in in order to break through in the industry ?, where he mentions his most important guidelines to do so; how to get more customers? or also if you want to have clients (if you are just starting out); Should you create your own public image (a personal brand) ?, where he gave some tips to achieve this.
Al final respondió las dudas que habían referentes a el taller y explico más su forma de enseñar, el cómo lleva su academia virtual y dio por concluido el taller. Al final de todo esto me di cuenta de muchos fallos que he estado cometiendo, pero que podía arreglarlo e incluso mejorar.
In the end, he answered the doubts that they had regarding the workshop and explained more his way of teaching, how he runs his virtual academy and concluded the workshop. At the end of all this I realized many mistakes that I have been making, but that I could fix and even improve.
