Queso Crema Casero-Receta/ Homemade Cream Cheese-Recipe

Como cada día siempre ando creando algo nuevo y esta vez dejé a un lado las manualidades para meterme a la cocina y preparar un delicioso queso crema casero, muy fácil, rápido y económico para degustar junto a la familia.

As every day I am always creating something new and this time I put aside the crafts to get into the kitchen and prepare a delicious homemade cream cheese, very easy, fast and inexpensive to enjoy with the family.

Ingredientes:
Un litro de leche líquida
El jugo de un limón
Sal (opcional)

Llevar al fuego medio la leche líquida y cuando esté caliente que se vean pequeñas burbujas en el borde de la olla, será esa la señal para retirar del fuego y añadir el jugo del limón; revolver

Bring the liquid milk to medium heat and when it is hot you can see small bubbles on the edge of the pot, this will be the signal to remove from the heat and add the lemon juice; stir

Luego de revolver aproximadamente por dos minutos podemos apreciación en el utensilio que ya la leche está formando grumos, tapamos la olla y dejamos reposar por espacio de media hora para que se termine de cortar la leche

After stirring for approximately two minutes we can see in the utensil that the milk is already forming lumps, we cover the pot and let it rest for half an hour so that the milk is finished cutting

Pasada la media hora procedemos a pasar la preparación por el colador para escurrir bien los grumos y apartar el suero que quedó

After half an hour we proceed to pass the preparation through the strainer to drain the lumps well and remove the whey that remained

Una vez que estén bien escurridos pueden llevarlos a la licuadora con un poco del líquido que soltó, en este caso no lo hice porque el queso quedó muy suave y no fue necesario, lo que hice fue agregar un punto de sal y llevarlo al refrigerador por una hora;luego de ello se puede apreciar la contextura del queso crema

Once they are well drained you can take them to the blender with a little of the liquid that was released, in this case I didn't do it because the cheese was very soft and it was not necessary, what I did was add a point of salt and take it to the refrigerator for one hour; after that you can appreciate the texture of the cream cheese

Nota: De un litro de leche líquida sale un cuarto de queso crema

Note: A quart of cream cheese comes out of a liter of liquid milk
