Ya. You have find out some serious issues about customer service. Its really a crucial experience for you. Sometime we also face such kind of problems. I think, the main issue is sometimes people are not technically sound. And many times who are skilled remain busy. That may be the issue of your laptop or may be not.
But when these guys are trying to fraud us or talk illegal way to earn extra, then this is really a problem for us as we don't have that much knowledge on hardware operations. Better is to have some knowledge on basics of computer both hardware and software. But its not possible all the time because we all are from different background of study. A few may have studies Computer Engineering.
হ্যা, ভাই আপনি বুঝতে পারছেন বিষয়টি। দক্ষ লোক ছাড়া এসব ক্ষেত্রে সমস্যার সমাধান হয় না। আসলে আমি পরবর্তীতে অন্য নেট লাইন নিতে বাধ্য হই। এখন কিন্তু বেশ ভালো চলছে সব।
আর দ্বিতীয় বিষয়টি হলো, তারা বাড়তি কিছু ইনকাম চায়, আসলে তাদের উপরি কিছু টাকা না দিলে, সমস্যা সমাধানের ক্ষেত্রে এরা কখনো আগ্রহি থাকে না।

সত্যি খুব তথ্যভিঠিক পোস্ট করেছেন দাদা। আপনি আপনার অভিজ্ঞতা শেয়ার করার ফলে কাস্টমার সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে অনেক কিছু জানলাম। এই ধরণের সমস্যা আমাদের তৃতীয় বিশ্বের দেশগুলিতে বেশি। এই সার্ভিস এর সাথে যুক্ত মানুষের কিছু দক্ষতার অভাব আছে।তার সাথে তাঁর নিজের কর্ম ক্ষেত্রে অনেক অলসতা ও গাভিলতীর কারণে আমাদের বেশি সমস্যা সম্মুখীন হতে হয়। সত্যি দাদা আপনার পোস্ট পড়ে এবং ভিডিও দেখে অনেক কিছু শিখলাম। এটি একটা সচেতনমূলক পোস্ট। এক কথায় অসাধারণ।
হ্যা, এই বিষয়টিও বিবেচ্য যে অলসতা এবং গাফিলতীর কারনেও অনেকেই সমস্যার গুরুত্ব অনুভব করেন না এবং সঠিক সময়ে কাস্টমারদের ব্যাপারে কার্যকর পদক্ষেপ নেয়।দেখেন আমি 10 দিন অপেক্ষা করার পর নেট লাইন পরিবর্তন করেছি। যখন তাদেরকে বলেছি যে, আমি আপনাদের লাইন আর ব্যবহার করবো না, তখনই কেবল তারা আমার সমস্যার ব্যাপারে আন্তরিকতা প্রকাশ করার চেষ্টা করেছেন, কিন্তু ততোক্ষনে আমি নতুন লাইন সংযোগ নিয়ে ফেলেছি। ধন্যবাদ দাদা আপনার মন্তব্য করার জন্য।
