My Malabar spinach is called amunututu yoruba language in Nigeria.
The vegetable is soft and easy to cook,it also rich in vitamins A,B,C,protein,we can also eat it for easy digestion,if you find it difficult to deficate fora long period of time,just take a plate of Malabar spinach and you deficate easily...let me introduce to my method of preparing Malabar spinach( EFO AMUNUTUTU)
Firstly, I rinsed my Malabar spinach with water and diced it into smaller sizes for easy swallowing and sieved it from the water.
Afterwards, I put on my gas and placed a clean pot on fire for d pot to dry afterwards poured a little oil inside the hot pot then allow the oil to hot a little afterwards poured the grinded pepper inside the hot pot for about five minutes,so I added my spices inside the stew,wait again for like 2 minutes before I finally added my Malabar spinach (Amunututu) inside the stew and covered it for a minutes to steamed together,off the gas and put it down to cool a bit before serving...you can eat Amonututu with any sort of foods like rice,mixed with pasta,semo vita,pounded yam, and all this food can be taken at any convinces time you like,as break fast or dinner.
