Something that we usually do when there is meat left over from the barbecue in Argentina is to give it to the dogs haha but another good option to overcome that meat is to transform it into another meal, one of those options is to make empanadas. Today I am going to teach you how to do them!
It is a simple recipe, first we will start by cutting the meat and vegetables. I use scallions, onion, peppers, and garlic.
We start by sautéing the vegetables with a little oil and add a pinch of salt. When the onion is transparent, add the meat cut into small pieces.
When the meat and vegetables are releasing their cooking juices we add a glass of wine
When the wine evaporates we start to season, I used paprika, oregano and cumin.
Let cool well and begin to assemble the empanadas. We place a little filling in the center of a cylinder of dough and then close them in half. I can't tell you what the dough is like because this time I bought it, but I promise to show you the next one and with variable fillings!
And this is the final result! you can fry them in oil or fat, or take them half an hour in the oven.
I leave a picture of Milton my brother's cat protecting the empanadas so that they don't eat them before we sit down to dinner

Hahahaha, Milton taking care of the empanadas, did he take care of them or did he eat them? I love this post, perhaps because empanadas fascinate me, they are like packages of happiness that always contain delicious surprises inside. In the recipes I like the comment that people make before developing them, as you have done, in addition, you have presented a very detailed step by step, well illustrated, which will allow future replication of the recipe; this is really important; and obviously honesty and authenticity, this is very valuable. Good post, good job. Greetings.
Buen post, buen trabajo. Saludos.
