Lamb Mutton Half-Cooked ------------------------------------------------------------------ 1 Kg
Tomatoes ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/2 Kg
Tomato Puree ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 Tbsp
Green Chillis ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4 Large
Crushed Black Pepper --------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Tbsp
Salt --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1-1/2 tsp
Lemon ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ghee -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/2 Cup
Chopped Green Corriander -------------------------------------------------------------------

Method

• Heat the ghee in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and fry it
• Put mutton and tomato puree in it and cook it for ten minutes
