Compota de lechosa con cambur // Lechosa compote with cambur

Feliz comienzo de semana tengan todos ustedes, comenzaremos esta semana llena de mucha energía y para ello les traigo una receta perfecta combinaremos lechosa y cambur en forma de compota, este postre suave y cremoso con un sabor y aroma diferente por sus especias, con pocos ingredientes podrás disfrutarlo

4 tazas de lechosa

4 tazas de agua

Clavitos

Canela en rama

Miel 4 cucharadas ( opcional)

2 cups of cambur

4 cups of lechosa

4 cups of water

Clavitos

Cinnamon stick

Honey 4 spoons ( optional )

Procedimiento // Procedure

Llevamos al fuego el agua con la canela, clavos y miel,
Dejamos hervir por 10 minutos y añadimos las frutas, esperar a que hierva y apagamos el fuego, dejamos enfriar , ya fría las frutas retiramos la canela y los clavitos de especie, las llevamos a la licuadora y procesamos esta mezcla, aquí elegirás si la deseas espesa o más líquida , servir fría y disfrutar, espero te haya gustado esta receta super deliciosa y saludable, con un aroma a Canela muy especial, gracias por leer esta publicación!
