—¡Acelera, casi nos alcanzan!
La pendiente y las curvas de la montaña son peligrosas. Está atardeciendo y la persecución se intensifica por la ruta sinuosa que sale por la vía en desuso desde la ciudad. Una ráfaga impacta en el retrovisor derecho del vehículo.
—¡No te detenga, acelera! —, grita el copiloto mientras dispara y derrapa las ruedas al borde del abismo.
El piloto frena abruptamente para tomar la cerrada curva a la derecha, el copiloto pierde el balance y la inercia lo arroja sobre el conductor. De nuevo acelera, sienten el poder de tracción de las llantas traseras y en el retrovisor ve alejarse del perseguidor. Una nueva ráfaga de disparos destrozan el retrovisor izquierdo.
—¿Qué esperás? ¡Dispárales!
Esta vez el copiloto, abre rápidamente el la ventana del techo y asoma todo su torso y le dispara con una mini ametralladora. El sonido repetido es seco y armónico.
—Apúntales a las ruedas.
—¡Eres un loco, eso solo pasa en las películas!
—¡Usa la pistola!
Vuelve a frenar y gira el volante hacia la mano contraria. El copiloto se golpea con la esquina de la ventana y la sacudida hace que pierda la mini ametralladora. Pisa con fuerza el acelerador y por breves instantes no ven salir de la curva al bólido azul.
—¡Ten cuidado, vamos a matarnos!
—Prefieres que nos maten ellos.
—No, claro que no, pero al menos avisame. Acabo de perder la mini ametralladora.
Un disparo alcanza el hombro del copiloto, quien cae sobre el asiento en cuclillas. La sangre salpica el parabrisas.
—¡Acelera, no te detengas!
—¡Ponte el cinturón de seguridad, rápido!
—Obedece —, grita el piloto mientras detiene el vehículo.
—¿Qué haces, no te puedes rendir, acelera?
Pisa el acelerador y un fuerte impacto estremece a los tripulantes. Ambos miran el monitor de la consola apagarse, así que voltean y ven caer por el barranco una figura azulada.
—¡Si que estás loco, mi amigo! —mientras ambos sienten el vacío en sus estómagos.

Do speed up!
"Do speed up; they almost caught up with us!"
The slope and the curves of the mountain are dangerous. It is dusk, and the persecution intensifies along the winding route that leaves the disused road from the city. A blast hits the vehicle's right mirror.
"Don't stop! Do speed up!" The co-pilot yells as he shoots and skids her wheels on the edge of the abyss.
The pilot brakes abruptly to take the sharp right-hand bend. The copilot loses his balance, and inertia throws him on the driver. He accelerates again, they feel the traction power of the rear tires and in the rearview mirror sees the pursuer away. A new burst of shots destroys the left rear-view mirror.
"What are you waiting for? Shoot them"
This time the co-pilot quickly opens the roof window and pokes his entire torso out and shoots him with a mini machine gun. The repeated sound is dry and harmonious.
"Put them on the wheels."
"You're crazy, that only happens in movies!"
"Use the gun!"
Braking again and turning the steering wheel to the opposite hand. The copilot hits the corner of the window and the jolt causes him to lose the mini machine gun. He stomps on the accelerator and for a few moments, they don't see the blue car come out of the curve.
"Be careful. We're going to kill ourselves!"
"You'd rather they kill us."
"No, of course not, but at least let me know. I just lost the mini machine gun."
A shot hits the passenger's shoulder, who falls on the squatting seat; blood splatters on the windshield.
"Do speed up, don't stop!"
"Put your seatbelt on, quick!"
"Obey me." the pilot yells as he stops the vehicle.
"What are you doing; you can't give up, do speed up?"
Step on the accelerator and a strong impact shake the crew. They both watch the console monitor go off, so they turn and see a blue figure fall down the ravine.
"You're crazy, my friend!" While they both feel the emptiness in their stomachs.
