How to Make Corn Bakwan with Shrimp

Yoooo hello my fellow hivers and the entire hive community from all over the world. Back again with me Jodi Pamungkas on the snack and food recipe blog. Happy Thursday to all of you and thank you for those of you who have supported and read my previous post regarding the recipe for making beef meatballs. Have you ever heard of Bakwan snacks? In your area, what is another name for Bakwan? Have you ever tried Bakwan? If you haven't, today I will give you a recipe for Bakwan Corn with Shrimp which is very easy for you to make. In just a few minutes you can make Bakwan snacks for your family or friends. How to make this snack? Check out the recipe below.

Well, the ingredients you have to prepare are corn, you can use some corn depending on how much Bakwan you want to make, then 1 egg, garlic, tapioca flour, cleaned shrimp, red chili, cayenne pepper, leaves soup, pre leaves, pepper, seasoning and the last is chili sauce. I bought all the ingredients near home and it wasn't very expensive.

Well, this is the first time I put a photo of myself being grated corn. Grate all the corn until there is nothing left using a knife. I only use 3 corns, the process of making this Bakwan does not need to boil the corn first.

Everything is ready, chop all the soup leaves and pre leaves, then crush the garlic until completely smooth, cut the cayenne pepper and red chili into small pieces.

Now mix all the cayenne pepper, red chili, crushed garlic, pre and soup leaves. Then, put 1 egg into the mixture, if you use a lot of corn, you can use 2 or 3 eggs. Then stir the mixture using a spoon until evenly mixed.

After you have kneaded all the dough, add everything that you have cleaned before, also add sugar and salt to taste into the dough, then add 4 to 5 spoons of tapioca flour. After you have put everything, stir again all the dough until everything is evenly distributed, stir gently so that it doesn't scatter.

Now, all the dough has been mixed evenly, you can see the photo above, all the shrimp, spices, corn and chilies have been mixed evenly, also add a little water in the previous process. Now let's go to the kitchen to fry the dough to make Bakwan.

Now fry all the dough one by one and slowly, make sure you don't put too much dough into the hot oil, because what determines the size of the Bakwan is the dough you put in the hot pan. Fry until completely browned and you can lift the Bakwan one by one. Fry all bakwan like you fry eggs, very easy right? Give your feedback below this post.

Well, some Bakwan are ready and immediately drained in a sieve like the photo above. Drain all the Bakwan until there is really no oil left, you can see the photo above, it looks like the corn and shrimp are really very tasty, now let's plating this Bakwan.

Finally, Bakwan Jagung with shrimp is ready and can be eaten by your family and friends. Eat bakwan along with cayenne pepper and chili sauce to add to the enjoyment, lettuce is just a decoration for plating to make it more interesting. What do you think ?
