Well, this week I will share bread that is quite large and looks like a very neat arrangement of wool. This bread is quite popular and many people modify this bread with different fillings. Me and Ema will make this bread with chocolate and peanut butter filling. Well, the materials you have to prepare and buy are not expensive and you can buy them around your house. The first thing you have to prepare is wheat flour with high protein, yeast, margarine, sugar, salt, chocolate bars, mineral water, powdered milk and various kinds of food coloring. After you have prepared all the ingredients and spices, now let's start the first step of making wool roll bread.
The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place and add 250 grams of flour or 18 tablespoons, then put 1 sachet of powdered milk, half a tablespoon of yeast and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Then stir in the dry mixture until all is well combined.
The second step, after you have stirred the dry mixture until it is well mixed, now add enough mineral water to the dough while stirring until the dough is half smooth or soft.
The third step, after you have kneaded the dough until it is half smooth, now add 1 or 2 tablespoons of margarine and half a teaspoon of salt into the dough. Then knead the dough until the dough becomes khalis or soft.
The fourth step, after the dough has been kneaded until smooth and there is no flour left, now cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough rise to double for about 15 to 20 minutes.
The fifth step, after you have allowed the dough to double in size for 20 minutes, now cut the dough into 5 parts with the size you want. Don't forget to sprinkle flour on the plate so the dough doesn't stick.
The sixth step, after you have cut the dough into 5 parts and also rounded each dough, now take 1 dough and give enough food coloring on top of the dough. Then knead the dough until the dough changes color to the color you put in the dough. give a different color in each dough.
The seventh step, after you have put different colors in each dough, now transfer all the dough into 1 place and cover it so that the dough rises a little for about 10 minutes.
The eighth step, while the dough is being let stand for about 10 minutes, now cut into small pieces half of the chocolate bar until done. You can use a different type of chocolate bar than mine.
The ninth step, after the dough is finished, now take 1 dough and flatten the dough first, then cut the dough at the bottom like the photo above. Repeat this step until all the dough has been shaped like the photo above.
The tenth step, after you have formed the dough like the previous photo, now put the chocolate on the part of the dough that is not cut like the photo above. Repeat this step until all the dough has been put in the chocolate. You can also put peanut butter or other filling as you wish.
The eleventh step, after you have put the chocolate on the left side of the dough, now roll the dough from left to right like the photo above. Repeat this step until all the dough has been rolled.
The twelfth step, after all the dough has been filled with chocolate and rolled up, now all you have to do is prepare a small baking sheet and put the parchment paper on top of the parchment paper as a base, then spread margarine on the parchment paper so that the dough doesn't stick. Then put and arrange the dough in a circle like the photo above.
The last step, after you have put and arranged the dough in a circle, now prepare the steamer and place the baking sheet in the steamer. Then steam the dough for about 15 to 20 minutes using medium heat.
And finally, after being steamed for about 20 minutes, you can eat the wool roll bread with your family or friends. Honestly, the taste is very good and the texture of the bread is really very soft. The chocolate in the bread is also very melted, so I have to be careful eating this bread hahaha. What do you think ? Pretty easy isn't it? Give your feedback below this post.
