Hello good day friends, today I made bitter leaf juice. I take bitter leaf juice once in a while for detoxication and it always worked for me. Bitter leaf is good for the body and it's also used in cooking soup called Bitter leaf soup.
These are the steps taken in making the bitter leaf juice.
I GOT SOME BITTER LEAF FROM THE GARDEN
WASHED THE BITTER LEAF
I MADE USE OF A BLENDER IN BLENDING THE BITTER LEAF
I SIEVE THE BITTER LEAF AFTER BLENDING TO GET THE JUICE
READY TO DRINK
