INGREDIENTS USED IN PREPARING THE MELON SOUP WITH PUMPKIN LEAF

  1. Grinded melon
  2. Pumpkin leaf
  3. Onions
  4. Red pepper
  5. Locust beans (iru)
  6. Maggi
  7. Cow skin
  8. Salt

      This is common here in Nigeria. It's being prepared in different forms and different Vegetables is being added to it. Thanks.
