Hola chicos, quería mostrarles rápidamente lo que me quería comer de cena el día de mi cumpleaños. Justamente no pude hacerlo esa noche porque una amiga me invitó a su casa y todo fue una sorpresa para mi e igual cuando llegué a mi casa esa noche, entonces mis planes de mi comida chatarra se cancelaron, jajaja, pero hey, fue el mejor día, no dejo de agradecer por ello.
Hi guys, I wanted to quickly show you what I wanted to eat for dinner on my birthday. I just couldn't do it that night because a friend invited me over to her house and it was all a surprise to me and still when I got home that night then my junk food plans were canceled hahaha but hey it was the best day , I do not stop thanking for it.
Pues la verdad esto es una especie de comida callejera porque es lo que se suele encontrar por ahí, comida chatarra, y justamente esto es lo que me gusta y quería consentirme, al final terminé haciéndolo de almuerzo pero estuvo muuuy rico.
Well the truth is this is a kind of street food because it is what you usually find out there, junk food, and precisely this is what I like and wanted to spoil myself, in the end I ended up doing it for lunch but it was sooooooo good.
Compré dos kilos de papas, las lavé, las pelé y las corte en forma de papas fritas.
I bought 4 pounds of potatoes, I washed them, peeled and cut them into french fries.
Me tomó un tiempo que estuvieran listas porque hice varias tandas en la sartén.
It took me a while to get them ready because I made several batches in the pan.
Luego compré unas salchichas porque las papas fritas con salchichas son lo mejor, háganlo. Las corte en trozos como de una pulgada y las puse también en la sartén con aceite un tiempo bastante corto.
Then I bought some sausages because sausage and fries are the best, do it. I cut them into pieces like an inch and put them in the pan with oil for a fairly short time.
Compré mis favoritas: alitas de pollo, las limpié y las corte en tres partes, la parte final que es como la cola del ala, esa parte siempre la reservo para hacer caldo de pollo, un buen caldo de pollo no viene mal.
I bought my favorites: chicken wings, I cleaned them and cut them into three parts, the final part is like the tail of the wing, I always reserve that part to make chicken broth, a good chicken broth doesn't hurt.
Mis alitas las puse a freír y después que estuvieron listas, agregué una salsa bbq ahumada a la sartén y dejé cocinar a fuego lento las alitas un poco más, todo esto para que salsa se adhiera obviamente a las alitas y quedara muchísimo mejor.
I put my wings to fry and after the wings were ready, I added a smoked bbq sauce to the pan and let the wings cooks a little more, all this so that sauce obviously adheres to the wings and it was much better.
Y ya lo último que hice fue agregarme un trozo de aguacate porque amo el aguacate y simplemente tenía ganas de comerlo, y las salsas.
And the last thing I did was add a piece of avocado to me because I love avocado and just wanted to eat it and the sauces.
Tengo que mencionar que hice bastante cantidad de comida que obviamente me alcanzó para volver a comer lo mismo en la noche y fue mucho mejor porque no tuve que levantarme a preparar algo, aproveché ese tiempo ahorrado para mirar algunos capítulos de una serie que estoy mirando.
I have to mention that I made quite a lot of food that obviously I eat the same thing at night and it was much better because I did not have to get up to prepare something, I took advantage of that saved time to watch some chapters of a series that I am watching
