EL CORRAL DE MI TÍO
En un pueblito lejano
cerca de la orilla el río
en una casa de palma
donde vive el tío mío.
Tiene un modesto corral
donde tiene su sustento
el sano y buen alimento
de proteína animal.
Tiene patos y gallinas
conejos, pavos y chivos
allí los tiene cautivo
pendiente de las vecinas.
Tiene un perro gran Danés
y una cotorra habladora
siempre alerta a toda hora
no importa si son las tres.
Tiene un viejo burro poncho
muy cerquita del corral
presto para comenzar
a relajar los morochos.
Tiene alarma natural
las llamadas guacharacas
esas que si son bellacas
difícil hacerlas callar.
Cuando visito a mi tío
nunca falta un buen guisao
