El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes lo que hago en mi trabajo. Actualmente me dedico al tapizando base camas y también los cabeceros de las bases. A continuación les compartiré las fotografías del paso a paso del tapizado de un Cabecero Doble tablero.

Tapizado de Cabecero Doble Tablero

Hoy les compartiré el paso a paso del tapizado de un Cabecero Doble Tablero, en esta ocasión el tablero pequeño sera en rojo con decorado.

Today I will share the step by step of the upholstery of a Double Board Headboard, this time the small board will be in red with decoration.

No son muchos los materiales que se usan para el tapizado de una Cabecero pero son los suficientes para transformar un armazón de madera en una lindo Cabecero.

Step by Step of the Upholstery

Tablero Grande | Large Board

Encartonado | Cartoned

El primer paso que debo hacer a la hora de tapizar un cabecero es hacer un proceso llamado Encartonado, que básicamente es ponerle cartón asegurado con grapas en el esqueleto para que a la hora de poner el tablero pequeño quede firme, también ponemos el cartón para cubrir los espacios que hay entre las tablas que componen el esqueleto.

The first step that I must do when upholstering a headboard is to do a process called Encartonado, which basically is to put cardboard secured with staples in the skeleton so that when putting the small board it is firm, we also put the cardboard to cover the spaces between the tables that make up the skeleton.

Espumado | Foamed

En el segundo paso debo poner espuma continúa asegurada con grapas en los bordes del cabecero como aparece en la imagen, esto lo hago para que los bordes del cabecero queden bien acolchados cuando ponga el cuero.

In the second step I must put foam continues secured with staples on the edges of the headboard as it appears in the image, I do this so that the edges of the headboard are well padded when I put the leather.

Postura Cuero Sintético | Synthetic Leather Posture

En el tercer paso tengo que instalar el cuero sintético negro en el cabecero, este lo debo dejar bien estirado y asegurarlo con las grapas en la tabla ya que esto definirá la estética del cabecero.

In the third step I have to install the black synthetic leather on the headboard, I must leave it stretched well and secure it with the staples on the table as this will define the aesthetics of the headboard.

Postura de Patas Plásticas | Plastic Legs Posture

En el cuarto paso debo poner las patas plásticas en la base del cabecero, las cuales le darán el soporte en el suelo al cabecero y evitaran que el cuero se dañe.

In the fourth step I must put the plastic legs at the base of the headboard, which will give the headboard ground support and prevent the leather from being damaged.

Tablero Pequeño | Small Board

Esqueleto del Tablero | Board Skeleton

En esta fotografía podemos ver el Esqueleto del tablero, el cual irá posteriormente asegurado con tornillos sobre el tablero grande.

Encartonado | Cartoned

El primer paso a la hora de tapizar el tablero es encartonar el esqueleto del tablero para que cuando ponga la espuma no se unda en el tablero.

The first step in upholstering the board is to encarton the skeleton of the board so that when you put the foam it does not stick to the board.

Espumado | Foamed

En el segundo paso procedo a ponerle espuma al tablero ya encartonado, la espuma la debo asegurar con grapas en la tabla, este paso hará que cuando ponga lo botones queden undidos en la espuma.

In the second step I proceed to put foam on the board already boxed, the foam must be secured with staples on the board, this step will cause that when I put the buttons they are stuck in the foam.

En el tercer paso procedo a poner el cuero Rojo con Decorado sobre la espuma, templarlo muy bien y asegurarlo a la tabla con grapas. Luego pongo los botones y los aseguro a la parte de atrás del tablero pequeño.

In the third step I proceed to put the Red leather with Decoration on the foam, temper it very well and secure it to the table with staples. Then I put the buttons down and secure them to the back of the small board.

Terminado del Cabecero | Headboard Finish

Este sería el último paso, debo asegurar el tablero pequeño al tablero grande (Cabecero) con tornillos golosos de 5 centímetros. Luego de haber asegurado los tableros debo poner el Brione asegurándolo con grapas.

This would be the last step, I must secure the small board to the large board (Headboard) with greedy screws of 5 centimeters. After having secured the boards I must put the Brione securing it with staples.

Así es como se ve terminado el cabecero doble tablero rojo con decorado, luego le pongo el vinipel para entregar el cabecero al cliente.

This is how the double red board headboard with decoration looks, then I put the vinipel to deliver the headboard to the client.

Así finalmente es como se le entrega el Cabecero al cliente.
