It strengthens the immune system by protecting the body against microorganisms and diseases, improves cholesterol levels, favors digestion and intestinal circulation, hydrates our skin, hair gives us great benefits and has many uses that favor us.

Cut the coconut in half with a knife and place it in the sun so that the oil extraction is more effective. The coconut is cut into small pieces to put them in the blender, I remove the brown shell is optional.
It is liquefied with a little water, adding water if you need more.
Then it is strained and with a piece of cloth it is strained and pressed with the hands to squeeze out all the coconut milk. The rest of the coconut can be dried and stored and used as coconut flour.

The coconut milk is put in the refrigerator in this process the oil separates from the water creating a cream on top of the container.
Then the coconut cream is poured into a pan and fried until all oil becomes then strained and ready to use.

When the oil is ready I use it to fry my fish, chicken, to hydrate my skin and hair.
