2 kilos de auyama cocida
2 tazas de harina de trigo todo uso
2 tazas de azúcar
1/2 taza de margarina derretida
6 huevos
1 lata de leche condensada
1 cucharada de vainilla
1 pizca de sal
Molde de 28 centímetros.

1 can condensed milk
1 tablespoon vanilla

Lo primero que haremos es tener el mise en plase.👇🏻

Vamos a triturar los trozos de auyama ya cocidos y bien blandos hasta formar un puré sin grumos, y reservamos.
We are going to grind the cooked and very soft pieces of pumpkin until forming a puree without lumps, and reserve.
Vamos a colocar en la licuadora los huevos, leche condensada, margarina derretida, azúcar vainilla y la pizca de sal.
We are going to place the eggs, condensed milk, melted margarine, vanilla sugar and the pinch of salt in the blender.
Se deja la mitad de la mezcla en la licuadora y se va incorporando el puré auyama o calabaza que ya habíamos reservado,lo vamos incorporando por partes para no forzar la licuadora y repetimos el proceso con el resto de la mezcla hasta añadir toda la auyama luego la vaciamos en un envase.
Leave half of the mixture in the blender and add the pumpkin or squash puree that we had already set aside, incorporating it by parts so as not to force the blender and repeat the process with the rest of the mixture until all the pumpkin is added, then empty it into a container.
Añadimos la harina de trigo previamente cernida y la vamos incorporando poco q poco con la ayuda de una paleta o batidor manual.
Add the previously sifted wheat flour and incorporate it little by little with the help of a paddle or hand mixer.
Vertemos la mezcla en una tortera engrasada y con harina, yo use una tortera de 19 centímetros ya que use la mitad de la receta.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured tortera, I used a 19 centimeter tortera since I used half of the recipe.
Teniendo ya nuestro horno precalentado a 180 grados centígrados, procedemos a meter la tortera, en mis caso mi horno es eléctrico calor arriba y abajo y estuvo lista en 1 hora.
