Hola a todos, mi nombre es katty y en esta oportunidad quiero contarte una experiencia la cual obtuve en mi actual trabajo.
Desde hace un tiempo (algunos meses) han ocurrido varios cambios en mi vida, los cuales han sido un poco complicados de aceptar, sin embargo, siempre he sido una persona positiva, optimista, trabajadora y muy creativa. Todo comenzó emprendiendo la búsqueda de un mejor futuro, una estabilidad y la formación de mis sueños; aunque los planes actuales creo que jamás estuvieron presentes en el pasado jajá
Un día y después de muchos problemas intentando conseguir soluciones me independice y me fui a vivir sola, de esta forma sabía que esa independencia no sería nada sencilla y vendría acompañada de muchas, muchas, Pero muchas responsabilidades, ya saben, los impulsos del conseguir tus objetivos en poco tiempo (lo cual hoy en día, no lo veo lejos, pero si complicado) pero ese no es el tema, vengo a hablarles de otra cosa. Al independizarme debía trabajar mucho para comenzar a construir poco a poco lo que quería.
Mientras tanto estaba buscando la forma de organizarme en mi antiguo trabajo, y en un día de descanso, como cosas del destino conocí un muchacho: Alto, acuerpado, muy guapo y atractivo, el cual no lo niego; llamo mi atención en el primer instante. Pero ese tampoco es el tema, con el paso del tiempo por otras razones laborales comenzamos a tener contacto comunicacional de forma directa.
Con el paso del tiempo nos fuimos conociendo y entre largas conversaciones, nos dimos cuenta de un gran amor que nacía entre nosotros, me pongo roja al decir esto, pero el tema es que el me expreso una idea. ¿Porque trabajas para otra persona, si puedes crear tu propia empresa?
Esta idea me dejo un poco intrigada y le pedí que me comentara más: Entonces me dijo que era Licenciado en Administración, y yo quedé sorprendida ante tal comentario, eso hizo que me gustara aún más jajaja
Entonces le preste atención, y me decía:
“Crea tu propia empresa, los ingresos serán tuyos, y el crecimiento personal, productivo y financiero, será de un rendimiento del 1000% más del que tienes en tu actual trabajo, claro todos los conocimientos que tienes serán útiles y te servirán para logras tus metas.” Me decía todo esto mientras yo me perdía en su mirada… Ya Katty continua con el cuento… jaja
Mi trabajo era ser Community Manager de una empresa de Marketing digital, no pensaba que me dedicaría a eso, pero fue lo que encontré, en la empresa aprendí mucho y me defendía bien en el campo laboral. Un día se fueron cerrando puertas y de la misma forma se abrían otras, y le dije al chico:
“Tengo muchos problemas en mi trabajo no sé qué hacer” :(
entonces nuevamente me dice:
“Crea tu propia empresa en el campo que conoces hoy en día Marketing Digital, ven yo te ayudo”: y me creo el esquema organizacional de la empresa en 5 minutos fue algo increíble. Entonces después de unos días, decidí emprender mi empresa, pero no quería hacerlo sola, entonces lo traje a el conmigo.
Igualmente estoy enamorada y confiaba en sus palabras y sus concejos, de esta forma me comenzó a comentar que debía conocer que es la administración, la gerencia y los aspectos básicos de las organizaciones comerciales para poder salir adelante.
Me enseño que la administración: La administración es la disciplina que tiene por objetivo el estudio de las organizaciones constituyendo la ocio tecnología encargada de la planificación, organización, dirección ejecución y evaluación de proyectos con el fin de alcanzar una serie de objetivos
Y aunque no podía comprenderle muy bien :/ me explicaba que: se encarga de la gestión de los recursos financieros, humanos y materiales para mantener la estabilidad y el crecimiento de las empresas, eso es un administrador.
Una vez vista esa clase para comenzar mi propia empresa, este muchacho atrevido licenciado en administración me beso :0 y yo muy brava me deje jajaja
Seguidamente me explico que una empresa se forme el administrador se encarga de llenar cada puesto para todo pequeño moviento lleve a lograr un objetivo:
-Planeación.
-Organización.
-Dirección.
-Control.
-Evaluación
En este mismo orden de ideas el me explicaba mientras hacia el proyecto administrativo de mi empresa de marketing digital estaba muy nerviosa pues sentía que era demasiada información para un solo día, pero seguía confiando en el para obtener un avance más progresivo en mi vida
Le comenté que quisiera dar clase a través de ella y formar a otras personas para que también pudiesen trabajar y me hablo sobre
La Gestión Educativa La cual se refiere al proceso de proyectos educativos y enriquece los procesos pedagógicos.
Este mismo hombre que me dio los conocimientos administrativos y el mismo con el cual me casare si Dios lo permite, es quien me motiva todos los días a seguir mi sueños .
Por mi consejo para emprender , primero visualiza lo que deseas de corazón, crea un proyecto y ponte a trabajar.
Espero que estos conocimientos y esta historia les haya sido de gran ayuda para emprender y formar tu propia empresa.

Hello everyone, my name is katty and in this opportunity I want to tell you an experience which I got in my current job.
For some time now (a few months) there have been several changes in my life, which have been a little complicated to accept, however, I have always been a positive, optimistic, hardworking and very creative person. It all started with the search for a better future, stability and the formation of my dreams; although the current plans I think were never present in the past haha.
One day and after many problems trying to get solutions I became independent and went to live alone, so I knew that this independence would not be easy and would be accompanied by many, many, but many responsibilities, you know, the impulses to achieve your goals in a short time (which today, I do not see it far, but if complicated) but that is not the subject, I come to talk about something else. When I became independent I had to work hard to start building little by little what I wanted.
Meanwhile I was looking for a way to organize myself in my old job, and on a day off, as fate would have it, I met a guy: Tall, handsome, very handsome and attractive, which I do not deny; he caught my attention at the first moment. But that's not the point either, with the passage of time for other work reasons we began to have direct communication contact.
With the passage of time we got to know each other and between long conversations, we realized a great love that was born between us, I get red to say this, but the point is that he expressed me an idea: Why do you work for someone else, if you can create your own company?
This idea left me a little intrigued and I asked him to tell me more: Then he told me that he had a degree in Administration, and I was surprised at such a comment, that made me like him even more hahaha.
Then I paid attention to him, and he was telling me:
"Create your own company, the income will be yours, and the personal, productive and financial growth, will be of a 1000% yield more than you have in your current job, of course all the knowledge you have will be useful and will serve you to achieve your goals." He was telling me all this while I was lost in his gaze... Katty continues with the story... haha
My job was to be Community Manager of a digital marketing company, I did not think I would dedicate myself to that, but it was what I found, in the company I learned a lot and I defended myself well in the labor field. One day doors were closing and in the same way others were opening, and I said to the guy:
"I have a lot of problems in my job I do not know what to do". :(
then again he tells me:
"Create your own company in the field you know today Digital Marketing, come I help you": and I create me the organizational scheme of the company in 5 minutes was something incredible. Then after a few days, I decided to start my own company, but I didn't want to do it alone, so I brought him with me.
I am equally in love and trusted his words and advice, so he began to tell me that I should know what is administration, management and the basics of business organizations to get ahead.
He taught me that administration: Administration is the discipline whose objective is the study of organizations, constituting the leisure technology in charge of planning, organizing, directing, executing and evaluating projects in order to achieve a series of objectives.
And although I could not understand him very well :/ he explained to me that: he is in charge of the management of the financial, human and material resources to maintain the stability and growth of the companies, that is an administrator.
Once I saw that class to start my own company, this daring boy with a degree in administration kissed me :0 and I was very brave and left me hahahaha.
Next I explain that a company is formed the manager is in charge of filling each position for every little move that leads to achieve a goal:
-Planning.
-Organization.
-Direction.
-Controlling.
-Evaluation
In this same order of ideas he explained to me while I was doing the administrative project of my digital marketing company I was very nervous because I felt it was too much information for a single day, but I kept trusting him to obtain a more progressive progress in my life.
I told him that I would like to teach through it and train other people so that they could also work and he talked to me about
Educational Management which refers to the process of educational projects and enriches the pedagogical processes.
This same man who gave me the administrative knowledge and the same man with whom I will marry if God allows it, is the one who motivates me every day to follow my dreams.
For my advice for entrepreneurship, first visualize what you want from your heart, create a project and get to work.
