In this opportunity, I will share with you the "step by step" to prepare an exquisite banana and oatmeal ice cream with raisins. I hope you are encouraged to prepare it and enjoy this exquisite dessert in the company of your family and friends.
Let's begin our fun and wonderful preparation...
Buenas noches queridos Hivers, espero estén pasando una semana inolvidable... En ésta oportunidad, compartiré con ustedes el "paso a paso" para elaborar un exquisito helado de plátano y avena con pasas. Espero que se animen a prepararlo y disfruten de éste exquisito postre en compañía de sus familiares y amigos.
Empecemos nuestra divertida y maravillosa preparación...
- The first step will be: peel and chop 3 ripe bananas, put them in the freezer for 2-3 hours until they acquire a frozen texture. I suggest cutting them into "thick" slices.
- El primer paso será: pelar y trocear 3 plátanos maduros, llevaremos al congelador durante 2-3 horas hasta que adquieran una textura congelada. Les sugiero cortar en ruedas "gruesas".
- In a blender, add 2 cups of milk...
- Incorporamos a una licuadora 2 tazas de leche...
- Add 1 cup of oat flakes, this ingredient will give our recipe an exquisite creaminess (add a pinch of salt).
- Agregamos 1 taza de avena en hojuelas, éste ingrediente aportará a nuestra receta una exquisita cremosidad (añadimos una pizca de sal).
- Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence... Blend until all ingredients are well integrated.
- Colocamos 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla... Licuar hasta que todos los ingredientes se integren bien.
- For this recipe I love the wonderful contrast that the maple syrup brings... Add 2 tablespoons.
- Para ésta receta me encanta el maravilloso contraste que aporta la miel de maple... Incorporar 2 cucharadas.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder...
- Añadimos 1/4 de cucharadita de canela en polvo...
- Add the frozen bananas, blend until the mixture becomes homogeneous and creamy.
- Agregamos los plátanos congelados, licuamos hasta que la mezcla adquiera una contextura homogénea y cremosa.
- In this step, we incorporate my favorite ingredient... Add 3 heaping tablespoons of condensed milk (mix well).
- En éste paso, incorporamos mi ingrediente favorito... Colocamos 3 cucharadas colmadas de leche condensada (mezclamos bien).
- Add half of the raisins to the container and place in the freezer.
- Añadimos la mitad de las pasas al envase que llevaremos al congelador.
- Add our succulent mixture to the bowl... Place raisins on top, cover and freeze for 6 hours or until the ice cream has reached the ideal texture.
- Agregamos nuestra suculenta mezcla al bowl... Colocamos pasitas por encima, tapamos y congelamos durante 6 horas o hasta que el helado haya adquirido la textura ideal.
- Friends, here is our exquisite banana and oatmeal ice cream... A wonderful option for a family snack.

I often made banana ice cream but never try with oatmeal. I think will try this recipe.
