CHERRY COOKIES
Hello everyone, hope you're all having a wonderful day. Today i'd like to share with you all a delicious cookie recipe that I made recently. I was hungry and I thought why not creating something new that I haven't done before, I did not really follow any recipe but instead I mixed some ingredients hoping for the best and the result was pretty good in my opinion. In the following pictures I'll take you guys through the process of creating these delicious cookies. Hope you enjoy it.
INGREDIENTS
Oatmeal (1 cup)
Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
Baking powder (1 teaspoon)
Salt (1/3 teaspoon)
Flour (1/2 cup)
Butter - melted (2 tablespoons)
Egg (1)
First thing we're going to do is to mix the dry ingredients with a spoon.
Now we're gonna add the melted butter and the egg.
Some vanilla and stevia since I'm trying not to eat so much sugar lately
Now I add some cherries which I cut into small pieces to add them to the mix.
With a spoon i cook the mixture and put into the tray previously covered with oil. Put them in the oven for about 13 minutos at 180 degrees.
And this the final result. DELICIOUS COOKIES.
