Today I want to share with you a delicious and easy recipe that my grandmother made as a snack, the afternoons that my mother took us with them, to visit her, "corn balls, with green paprika and parmesan cheese" these are delicious corn balls, paprika and Parmesan cheese, which gives it a spectacular flavor, these are fried and are very golden and crisp.

Hoy les quiero compartir una deliciosa y fácil receta que mi abuela hacía como botana, las tardes que mi mamá nos llevaba con ella a visitarla, "bolas de maíz, con pimentón verde y queso parmesano" estas son deliciosas bolas de maíz , pimentón y queso parmesano, que le da un sabor espectacular, estas se fríen y quedan muy dorados y crujientes.

You will need the following ingredients:

Necesitará los siguientes ingredientes:

• 1 cup of cornmeal.
• 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese.
• 1 green pepper.
• Salt and pepper.
• Oil for frying.
• 1/2 cup of water.

• 1 taza de harina de maíz.
• 1/2 taza de queso parmesano.
• 1 pimiento verde.
• Sal y pimienta.
• Aceite para freír.
• 1/2 taza de agua.

First we grate the green pepper.

Primero rallamos el pimiento verde.

Next, we add the wheat flour in a container and pour in the grated paprika, the cheese, season with salt and pepper.

A continuación, añadimos la harina de trigo en un recipiente y vertemos el pimentón rallado, el queso, sazonamos con sal y pimienta.

Then, we add the water and we love to incorporate the ingredients until forming a smooth dough.

Luego, agregamos el agua y e incorporamos los ingredientes hasta formar una masa tersa.

With our hands we form balls

Con nuestras manos formamos bolas

Finally we fry in a lot of oil, until they are golden brown.

Finalmente freímos en mucho aceite, hasta que estén dorados.
