Yesterday afternoon I wanted to eat a dish, delicious, light and fresh, for that reason I decided to make a delicious tomato carpaccio, it is a simple, fast dish and its flavor is exquisite ... it is ideal for a delicious dinner.
Ayer en la tarde se me antojó comer un platillo, delicioso, ligero y fresco, por esa razón decidí hacer un rico carpaccio de tomate, es un platillo sencillo, rápido y su sabor es exquisito... es ideal para una rica cena.
You will need the following ingredients:
Necesitarás los siguientes ingredientes:
• 2 ripe tomatoes.
• Filled cheese of your choice.
• Salt, pepper and oregano.
• Basil leaves.
• Oil and vinegar.
• 2 tomates maduros.
• Queso fileteado de tu preferencia.
•Sal, pimienta y orégano.
• Hojas de albahaca.
• Aceite y vinagre.
The procedure is very simple, first we wash our tomatoes and cut into very thin slices, we reserve.
El procedimiento es muy sencillo, primero lavamos nuestros tomates y cortamos en rodajas muy finas, reservamos.
Next we make the vinaigrette, mixing a little vinegar, oil, some oregano leaves and season with salt and pepper, mix very well.
Seguidamente hacemos la vinagreta, mezclando un poco de vinagre, aceite, unas hojas de orégano y condimentamos con sal y pimienta, mezclamos muy bien.
Then, we cut the basil finely.
Luego, cortamos la albahaca finamente.
In a large plate, we arrange the tomatoes and pour the vinaigrette.
En un plato amplio, disponemos los tomates y vertimos la vinagreta.
Finally, we spread the chopped basil and place the sliced cheese in the center ... to make the dish more beautiful, garnish with some basil leaves.
Finalmente, esparcimos la albahaca picada y colocamos el queso fileteado en el centro... para hacer más bonito el platillo adorne con unas hojas de albahaca.
