Yesterday some friends visited me in the afternoon and I prepared a very tasty snack, made with vegetables "eggplant croquettes" ... these are small balls of Smoked aubergine, with vegetables, which I empathize with corn flour and put them to fry until they are very golden ... they are incredible for a snack, they are also easy, cheap and quick to make.
Ayer me visitaron unos amigos en la tarde y les prepare un snack muy sabroso, realizado con vegetales “ croquetas de berenjena “... estas son unas pequeñas bolitas de berenjena Ahumada, con vegetales, la cual empatizo con harina de maíz y las pongo a freír hasta que queden muy doradas... son increíbles para un snack, además son fáciles,económicas y rápidas de hacer.
You will need the following ingredients:
Necesitarás los siguientes ingredientes:
• 2 aubergines
• 1 Chili pepper, a small branch of chives and parsley.
• 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
• Salt and pepper.
• 1/3 cup of cornmeal.
• Oil for frying.
•2 berenjenas
• 1 Ají, una rama pequeña de cebollino y perejil.
• 2 cucharadas de salsa de tomate.
• Sal y pimienta.
• 1/3 de taza de harina de maíz.
• Aceite para freír.
First we roast the aubergines.
Primero asamos las berenjenas.
Then, we remove the pulp of roasted eggplant.
Luego, retiramos la pulpa de des berenjenas asadas.
Finely chop the chili, chives and parsley.
Picamos finamente el ají, cebollino y perejil.
We integrate with the roasted aubergine and season with salt, tomato sauce and pepper.
Integramos con la berenjena asada y sazonamos con sal, salsa de tomate y pimienta.
We add corn flour and with our hands we make small balls.
Agregamos harina de maíz y con nuestras manos hacemos pequeñas bolas.
We take them to fry in a pan with hot oil, until they are golden brown.
Las llevamos a freír en un sartén con aceite caliente, hasta que queden doradas.
Ready friends !!! You can enjoy this delicious and vegetarian snack ... my friends liked them a lot ... I accompanied them with tomato sauce for this occasion.
Listo amigos!!! Puedes disfrutar de este delicioso y vegetariano snack... a mis amigos le gustaron mucho... las acompañé con salsa de tomate para esta ocasión.
