Hola amigos de hive, hoy me he animado a participar en la iniciativa de nuestra amiga @mayvil que trata de contestar 10 preguntas relacionadas al tema de las ballenas dentro de nuestra plataforma hive.
Hello friends of hive, today I have decided to participate in the initiative of our friend @mayvil that tries to answer 10 questions related to the topic of whales within our hive platform.
@ocd se ha convertido en mi ballena favorita porque ha estado presente en varias de mis publicaciones, ofreciendome su apoyo, lo que me ha incentivado a continuar esforzandome cada día más en la creación de contenidos de calidad.
@ocd has become my favorite whale because it has been present in several of my publications, offering me its support, which has encouraged me to continue striving every day to create quality content.
Si pudiera ser una ballena lo primero que haría es ofrecerle mi apoyo a los diferentes proyectos que de alguna u otra forma ayudan a los que están comenzando, a los que sin pedir nada a cambio están allí para aclarar dudas, para ofrecer delegaciones a los que se quedan sin recursos, a los que hacen diferentes actividades que de alguna u otra forman integran y crean un ambiente de armonía y buena convivencia dentro de la blockchain.
If I could be a whale, the first thing I would do is to offer my support to the different projects that in some way or another help those who are starting out, those who without asking for anything in return are there to clarify doubts, to offer delegations to those who are left without resources, to those who do different activities that in some way or another integrate and create an environment of harmony and good coexistence within the blockchain.
Siendo una ballena daría un 70% de apoyo a las diferentes comunidades y el 30% a todos los usuarios que día a día demuestran contenidos de calidad en la plataforma, sobre todo a los nuevos.
Además de esto dejaría comentarios positivos en los contenidos de calidad que me encuentre en cada una de las comunidades, con el fin de incentivarlo más allá de lo monetario.
Being a whale would give 70% support to the different communities and 30% to all users who day by day demonstrate quality content on the platform, especially to the new ones.
In addition to this I would leave positive comments on the quality content that I find in each of the communities, in order to encourage it beyond the monetary.
como no tengo mucho tiempo en la plataforma quizás los que nombre ya sean delfines, pero estos son los que considero que sean, por su compromiso y dedicación que he percibido desde que me uní a esta maravillosa plataforma.
as I don't have much time on the platform maybe the ones I name are already dolphins, but these are the ones I consider them to be, for their commitment and dedication that I have perceived since I joined this wonderful platform.
Sí, me gustaría formar parte de cualquiera comunidad que tenga como propósito ayudar y educar a los nuevos, la iniciativa que tiene el equipo de @victoriabsb con su proyecto “ the hive clasroom” es uno que me llama mucha la atención ya que educar y guiar a los que están comenzando es una muy bonita labor, pues los que hoy son unos maestros en algún momento fueron aprendiz también!
Yes, I would like to be part of any community whose purpose is to help and educate newcomers, the initiative that the @victoriabsb team has with its project "the hive classroom" is a project that catches my attention because educating and guiding those who are starting is a very nice job because those who today are teachers at some point were also apprentices!
Lo que más me gusta, es que te permite expresar libremente en cualquier temática, tiene una amplia opción en donde cada uno de nosotros podemos crear contenidos del tema en el cual nos sentimos a gusto, sin restricciones, y que no solo es crear el contenido y ya, sino que permite interactuar, conocer nuevas personas, nuevos talentos y aplaudir a los que se merecen, va más allá de solo monetizar un contenido.
What I like the most, is that it allows you to express yourself freely in any subject, it has a wide option where each of us can create content on the topic in which we feel comfortable, without restrictions, and that is not only to create content and that's it, but it allows us to interact, meet new people, new talents and applaud those who deserve it, it goes beyond just monetize content.
El consejo que les daría a las que ya son ballenas y las que están por serlo, es que apoyen el contenido de calidad de los nuevos y no solo se enfrasquen en los que ya conocen, pues cada día llegan más usuarios a la plataforma con muchos talentos y contenidos de calidad por mostrar, y que necesitan ese apoyo que les harán querer seguir mostrándonos todo lo que tienen por dar.
The advice I would give to those who are already whales and those who are about to be, is to support the quality content of the new ones and not only focus on the ones they already know, because every day more users come to the platform with many talents and quality content to show, and they need that support that will make them want to continue showing us everything they have to give.
Los proyectos que más me han apoyado han sido @hispapro,@fuerza-hispana,@votovzla y lo que más me gusta de ellos es el trato que tienen hacia los demás, las actividades que hacen son muy buenas, no solo por el apoyo en cuanto al voto, sino que crean un espacio ameno que da gusto estar allí y además te ayudan a mejorar! por lo que me encuentro muy agradecida con ellos.
The projects that have supported me the most have been @hispapro,@fuerza-hispana,@votovzla and what I like most about them is the way they treat others, the activities they do are very good, not only for the support in terms of voting, but they create a pleasant space that is nice to be there and also help you to improve! so I am very grateful to them.
Sí, me encantaría, ya tuve la oportunidad a participar en uno pero por discord! Y la experiencia fue muy bonita, quedé muy encantada de la energía y la buena vibra que se vivió, que imagino que participar de forma presencial sería más que genial.

Esoooo que genial y que bella tu iniciativa, esas imágenes con las ballenas me encantaron.
Me agrada que ya tienes una idea de como serias si fueses ballena, ese porcentaje es uff un valor alto pero estaría sumamente genial para ayudar a los proyectos a subir su nivel o poder apoyar la cantidad de usuarios que se van sumando a esta red y así poderse animar a crear contenido de calidad.
Que un ballena deje un comentario seria lo máximo y tu lo estas proponiendo (nunca he visto que una ballena comente algún post porque le haya gustado).
