Preparation of a Delicious Gordon Blue Chicken

Hello hive community, a special greeting to all.

Hello friends of @GEMS greetings to all. Today I would like to share with you the preparation of a Gordons Blu chicken.

Definitely the Gordon blue chicken is one of my favorite dishes and it is super easy to prepare.

Ingredients for Chicken Cordon Bleu:

1 chicken breasts
2 slices of ham
2 Slices of yellow cheese (or the cheese you like best)
Egg and wheat flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Season with salt and pepper to taste and add our cheese and ham fabrics

We roll up and proceed to fasten with a rope, in order to sift our gordon blu in the egg and wheat flour.

Then preheat our pan with plenty of oil to coat.

We complement with a delicious béchamel sauce and parsley. And our delicious dish is ready to taste.
