In yesterday's post, we were able to find out what it is and how to get passive income. Royalties: this type of income comes from artistic or literary work, such as copyrights, trademarks, and patents. In other words, books, songs, brands and inventions. Once these are created, every time someone reads your book, listens to your song, wants to represent your brand or wants to reproduce your invention, they will have to pay you for it.
Regalías: este tipo de ingreso proviene de trabajo artístico o literario, como derechos de autor, marcas comerciales, y patentes. En otras palabras, libros, canciones, marcas e inventos. Una vez estos están creados, cada vez que alguien lee tu libro, escucha tu canción, quiere representar tu marca o quiere reproducir tu invento, te va tener que pagar por ello.
Portfolios: Portfolios are considered a passive source of income by many people, since they require very little time, although they do require capital. Portfolios are all those that involve interest, dividends or large monetary investments.
Portafolios: los portafolios son considerados una fuente de ingresos pasivos por mucha gente, ya que requiere de muy poco tiempo, aunque sí de capital. Portafolios son todos aquellos que involucran intereses, dividendos o inversiones de gran capital monetario.
Coin machines: are all machines that are operated automatically when inserting coins, bills or credit cards, are not operated by a person, so they do not require much time, and depending on the type of machine can be much or little money. Examples include parking ticket machines, arcade game boxes, ATMs, coin-operated laundries, etc.
Traga monedas: son todas las máquinas que son operadas automáticamente al introducir monedas, billetes o tarjetas de crédito, no son operadas por una persona, por lo que no requieren de mucho tiempo, y depende del tipo de máquina puede ser mucho o poco dinero. Como ejemplos pueden ser máquinas de tickets de parqueo, cajas de juegos arcade, cajeros automáticos, lavanderías operadas por monedas, etc...
Ads and e-commerce: Ads give you income if you use them well, you pay an amount, but if your ad is effective, you can earn money using affiliate links, when the person who gave your link buys something, you get a percentage of that sale. On the other hand, you can sell someone else's products on your site if you buy them until the customer pays for them, this method is known as dropshipping; or you can simply buy products in bulk, and sell them on a website for a higher price; the latter method would only be passive, if you hire a company for customer service and shipping from warehouse to customer.
Anuncios publicitarios y e-commerce: los anuncios te dan ingresos si los utilizas bien, pagas una cantidad, pero si tu anuncio es efectivo, puedes ganar dinero usando enlaces de afiliados, cuando la persona que le dio link a tu enlace compra algo, a ti te dan un porcentaje de esa venta. Por otro lado, puedes vender productos de alguien más en tu página si comprarlos hasta que el cliente pague por él, este método es conocido como dropshipping; o simplemente puedes comprar productos al por mayor, y venderlos en una página web por un precio más alto; este último método sólo sería pasivo, si contratas a una empresa para servicio al cliente y el envío de bodega a cliente.
Rentals: finally we have the rentals of a real estate or asset, whether it is a house, apartment, land, warehouse, car, tools, etc; the possibilities are endless.
Alquileres: por último tenemos los alquileres de un bien inmobiliario o activo, ya sea una casa, apartamento, terreno, bodega, automóvil, herramientas, etc; las posibilidades son infinitas.
