Como podrán notar aquí, la sopa me está quedando deliciosa. El proceso de preparación fue sencillo: Solo tomé las verduras y las monté en la olla a que se cociera hasta que quedasen blandas para luego agregar el pescado, ya que si lo agrego junto con las verduras se pasará de cocción y quedará trozos de pescado por todas partes. Añadiéndole luego sal al gusto, ajo y condimentos. Luego de que pasara el tiempo correspondiente (1h con 15 min) Le agregué zumo de limón para darle el toque.
