Hello @Gems friends! I hope you are doing great. This time I will share the lunch I prepared for today and start a week with good food. I made a Rice with noodles accompanied by stewed chicken and beans. Join me to look at the steps of this recipe.
Para preparar el arroz con fideos necesitaremos lo siguiente.
- Una taza de arroz por dos de agua
- Una pequeña porción de fideos
- Un ají
- Aceite y sal al gusto
- One cup of rice for two of water
- A small portion of noodles
- A chili pepper
- Oil and salt to taste
Lo primero que hice fue sofreír los fideos hasta dorarlos junto con el ají para darle sabor.
The first thing I did was fry the noodles until they were golden brown together with the chili pepper for flavor.
Agregué el arroz y lo sofreí también para que finalmente le añadí dos tazas de agua y sal al gusto. Dejándolo actuar hasta que seque.
I added the rice and sautéed it as well so that I finally added two cups of water and salt to taste. Leaving it to act until it dries.
Para preparar el pollo ocupé una cebolla, dos ajíes, ajo y condimentos. como pueden ver en la imagen.
To prepare the chicken I used an onion, two peppers, garlic and seasonings. as you can see in the image.
Ocupé una sartén con una cucharada de aceite para sellar el pollo previamente condimentado. Luego agregue el aliño y lo dejé cocer.
I filled a skillet with a tablespoon of oil to seal the pre-seasoned chicken. Then add the dressing and let it cook.

Guisé unos frijoles chinos previamente cocido. Agregándole cebolla, ajíes, tomate, ajo, sal y azúcar al gusto.
I stewed some previously cooked Chinese beans. Adding onion, peppers, tomato, garlic, salt and sugar to taste.
En otros estados de Venezuela no endulzan los granos, pero en oriente sí lo hacemos.
In other states of Venezuela they do not sweeten the grains, but in the East we do.
Una vez cocido, serví el plato y este es el resultado. ¡Que delicioso quedó! Se los puedo garantizar.
