Hello @hive friends! I hope you have a happy start to the week today. This morning I want to share with you a delicious recipe: "Helados de Guanábana". This fruit is also known as Bagá and it comes from the Island of Cuba. In other countries, this fruit is known as: Palo bobo, Cimarrona and in Venezuela as Yellow Soursop.
I confess that I had not tried them for a long time, until the weekend I went to visit my mother and she gave me a few. Then I had this delicious idea of preparing some ice creams to share at home, since these days we have gone through a heat wave in the afternoons. Without further ado, let's get started:
Planta GuanábanaFuente
The first thing I did was wash and peel them and then put them in the blender, beating with light touches so as not to break the seeds.
Colamos y batimos la pulpa nuevamente//Strain and beat the pulp again
To prepare the mixture I used the pulp, milk and sugar shake to taste.
And this is the result of my ice creams, I guarantee that they taste good. It is easy to prepare, you can try it at home and tell me below how it seemed to you.
