😁 Un reto muy interesante 😁
Hace unos días mientras revisaba un poco mi feed y el contenido que están publicando las personas que sigo encontré un post muy genial, pueden verlo dando clic aquí, es un post de @mariajcastro28 donde hacia una participación a un reto que me llamó la atención porque es de fotografía y el punto desde el que se aborda la fotografía en este reto es muy divertido y bastante interesante.
Este reto y maravillosa iniciativa es de la autoría de: @nathyortiz, creo que ya va por la 3ra parte, aunque yo quise buscar la lista de la 1ra parte para iniciar desde 0 como en su momento lo hicieron todos los que participaron.

A few days ago while I was checking a little my feed and the content that people I follow are publishing I found a very great post, you can see it giving clic here, it is a post by @mariajcastro28 where I made a participation in a challenge that caught my attention because it is photography and the point from which photography is approached in this challenge is very fun and quite interesting.
This challenge and wonderful initiative is authored by: @nathyortiz, I think it is already going for the 3rd part, although I wanted to look for the list of the 1st part ** to start from 0** as at the time did all those who participated.

👉El día de hoy toca hablar de: "Los ojos" 👀, los conocidos por muchos como las verdaderas ventanas al alma de cualquier persona*.
Particularmente me encantan muchos los ojos, independientemente del color, mas bien soy muy atento con lo que me pueden transmitir, soy fanático de mirar detenidamente los ojos de cualquier persona para apreciar mucho su mirada, sus detalles y su forma.
Como dice el dicho "Una mirada dice mas que mil palabras", he escuchado otro que también dice "Los ojos no mienten", y si sabes prestar atención a estos y sus detalles puedes entender mucho a una persona, incluso puedes llegar a saber si esa persona te está mintiendo.

I particularly love many eyes, regardless of the color, rather I am very attentive to what they can transmit to me, I am a fan of looking closely at the eyes of any person to appreciate their look, their details and their shape.
As the saying goes "A look says more than a thousand words", I have heard another that also says "The eyes do not lie", and if you know how to pay attention to these and their details you can understand a person a lot, you can even get to know if that person is lying to you.
Es de suma importancia que cuidemos mucho nuestra vista, es un sentido muy importante de nuestro cuerpo y por esto debemos estar muy atentos a ellos, descansar mucho y tratar de no desgastarnos tantos.
A los 18 años luego de que me dieran fuertes dolores de ojos y dolores de cabeza decidí ir al oftalmólogo para hacerme un chequeo y ver si tenía problemas de visión y como podía solucionarlos porque de verdad estaba sintiéndome muy afectado.
It is of the utmost importance that we take great care of our sight, it is a very important sense of our body and for this reason we must be very attentive to them, rest a lot and try not to wear out so many.
At the age of 18 after I was given severe eye pains and headaches I decided to go to the ophthalmologist to get a check-up and see if I had vision problems and how I could solve them because I was really feeling very affected.
En efecto tenía problemas de visión, en concreto miopía y astigmatismo, no eran tan graves como para alarmarme pero tampoco eran tan leves como para no prestarles atención, cosa que ya venia haciendo desde hace años pero por ignorancia y descuido.
Lo que para mi era normal en realidad eran problemas de visión que no entendía y que nunca comenté a mis padres porque simplemente me adapté a vivir así. Cosa que no les recomiendo que hagan, así que si sienten alguna molestia o dolor busquen atención médica profesional y cuiden mucho su visión.
El mismo día que fui al medico pude comprar los lentes de corrección que necesitaba para mejorar considerablemente mi visión, no les miento que al colocármelos sentí que estaba en otro mundo, realmente me estaba perdiendo de mucho y no lo sabía.
Sin duda haber comprado esos lentes fue un gran cambio para mi vida.😄😎
In fact I had vision problems, specifically myopia and astigmatism, they were not so serious as to alarm me but they were not so mild as not to pay attention to them, which I had been doing for years but out of ignorance and carelessness.
What was normal to me were actually vision problems that I didn't understand and that I never told my parents because I just adapted to living like this. Which I do not recommend you do, so if you feel any discomfort or pain seek professional medical attention and take great care of your vision.
The same day I went to the doctor I was able to buy the correction lenses I needed to improve my vision considerably, I don't lie to you that by putting them on I felt like I was in another world, I was really missing out on a lot and I didn't know it.
Without a doubt, buying those lenses was a big change for my life.😄😎
