This dish is usually served with rice.

Salmon (any type of fish of your choice): one
Walnuts: 200 to 250 grams
Aromatic herbs such as (mint, coriander, mint, garlic leaves or any other aromatic vegetable in your country): three tablespoons chopped
Medium onion: one (grated)
Pomegranate paste: as needed
Oil: as needed
Salt, pepper and turmeric: as needed
If you do not have pomegranate paste, you can use tamarind paste, plum paste or any paste that has a sour taste.

How to cook

Clean the inside of the fish well and season with salt and pepper
Meanwhile, dip the fish skin in a little salt and pepper.
Grate the onion and separate the onion juice
Then mix with walnuts, pomegranate paste, fragrant herbs and salt and pepper.
We put the material inside the fish belly and close the edges of the fish belly with floss or toothpicks.

There are two ways to cook:

• If we want to fry the fish in a pan, first we grease the bottom of the pan with butter or oil
Arrange a row of sliced ​​onions in the pan,
Put the fish on it and put it in the pan to cook and fry over a gentle heat.

•If we want to prepare food in the oven, wrap the fish in foil and put it in the oven for 1:00 to 1:30.
When the fish was ready, we removed the foil
Then dip the fish in oil and put it in the oven for a few more minutes until golden.

Finally, decorate it with pomegranate seeds and lemon
