Hola hiver, me sumo a la iniciativa de @bluemist que nos abre una ventana para dar nuestra opinión sobre los problemas que giran en torno al estado de derecho en las recompensas obtenidas en hive, un tema muy amplio y que genera muchas controversias entre los usuarios.
Las recompensas que obtenemos en Hive es la razón principal por la que estamos aquí trabajando, sin embargo no existe nada escrito cuando iniciamos en Hive que nos garantice un voto siempre que publicamos, los curadores votan por quién consideren lo merecen tomando en cuenta criterios propios.

The rewards that we obtain in Hive is the main reason why we are working here, however, there is nothing written when we started in Hive that guarantees us a vote whenever we publish, the curators vote for who they consider deserve it taking into account their own criteria.
Si tomamos en cuenta el estado de titularidad nuestro único derecho es el derecho a publicar contenido y a ser respetados como parte de esta comunidad. Si recibimos un voto o no en nuestros post esto va a depender de los criterios de selección de los curadores, criterios con los que podemos estar o no de acuerdo, pero ésta es un evaluación personal de cada curador y cada curador tiene sus propias opiniones sobre lo que le gusta o no.
If we take into account the state of ownership, our only right is the right to publish content and to be respected as part of this community. If we receive a vote or not in our post, this will depend on the selection criteria of the curators, criteria with which we may or may not agree, but this is a personal evaluation of each curator and each curator has their own opinions about what you like or not.
Personalmente cuando decidí comenzar en Hive lo primero que hice fue conocer la plataforma, analizar qué factores inciden para recibir un voto de los curadores y tratar de hacerme visible en la comunidad. Pienso que antes de emprender un proyecto hay que evaluar los factores que inciden sobre éste para que tenga o no éxito, tal vez es mi lado Ingeniero y lo que aprendí en la Facultad. No gano nada con quejarme por no recibir votos, prefiero analizar lo que hacen los usuarios que sí lo reciben y encontrar la manera de mejorar en mis publicaciones.
Algunos usuarios se sienten insatisfechos con sus recompensas, a mí también me ha pasado que creo haber realizado un post excelente y no recibo ningún voto, sin embargo no responsabilizo a los curadores, sino que evalúo el por qué no recibí el voto.
Personally, when I decided to start in Hive, the first thing I did was get to know the platform, analyze what factors influence to receive a vote from the curators, and try to make myself visible in the community. I think that before undertaking a project you have to evaluate the factors that affect it so that it is successful or not, perhaps it is my engineering side and what I learned in college. I do not gain anything by complaining about not receiving votes, I prefer to analyze what the users who do receive it do and find a way to improve my publications.
Some users feel dissatisfied with their rewards, it has also happened to me that I believe I have made an excellent post and I do not receive any votes, however, I do not hold the curators responsible, but rather evaluate why I did not receive the vote.
How to Solve the Problem?
Pienso que esto depende de nosotros como usuarios, son pocos los curadores que hay actualmente en Hive, ellos son humanos y no pueden votar todos los post independientemente de si son de calidad o no. Sólo queda en nuestras manos hacer post de calidad, lograr visibilidad en la comunidad y tratar de hacernos presentes a través de comentarios, recuerda que esto es una red social.
Otra cosa que podemos hacer es promocionar Hive en todas las redes sociales e invitar nuevos usuarios para hacer crecer la plataforma, llamar la atención y atraer nuevos inversores a nuestra colmena, tal vez sumemos nuevos curadores.
I think this depends on us as users, there are few curators currently in Hive, they are human and they cannot vote on all posts regardless of whether they are of quality or not. It only remains in our hands to make a quality post, achieve visibility in the community and try to make ourselves present through comments, remember that this is a social network.
Another thing we can do is promote Hive on all social networks and invite new users to grow the platform, attract attention and attract new investors to our hive, maybe we will add new curators.
También es importante que nosotros invirtamos en la colmena a corto, mediano o largo plazo si queremos ver a hive como una fuente de ingresos permanente, aumentar nuestro poder de voto y no depender de los curadores. Aunque esto es algo que para muchos en la actualidad es difícil, me incluyo, pero es algo que tengo presente.
Recuerda que nuestro único derecho en Hive es el derecho a publicar, recibir o no votos depende de los curadores, sólo trata de poner tu mayor esfuerzo en publicar y evitar frustraciones, no siempre se gana.
