Estoy muy feliz de la gastronomía que representa mi hermoso país Venezuela, también me siento muy orgullosa de la comida italiana de donde es mi padre, como las amo y respeto, también me gusta conocer los gustos en cuanto a comida, bebida y dulces se refiere de otros países.
De unos años para acá, he tratado de llevar a mi mesa en la madrugada de 31 de diciembre para el 1 de enero, llevar alguna dulce comida o bebida diferente para probarla.
En esta oportunidad, estuvimos probando algunos dulces que compramos en un mercado chino de la ciudad donde estamos...
Y pienso traerte uno que nos pareció bastante raro para que lo conozcas
En un principio la traducción del cartel de la tienda decía, sardinitas picantes, sin embargo, tratamos de traducirlo a través de un programa de imagen y decía cuero de cocodrilo, asumo que la traducción era errada pero nos divertimos mucho imaginando que comíamos...
Su color es entre marrón versus destellos color gris y naranja, El olor es algo parecido a pescado seco al sol, su textura es un poco irregular, áspera y con semillas, ademas su sabor es bastante peculiar, quizás no todo paladar pueda animarse a probarlo, incluso a reconocer la mezcla de sabores del todo o adaptarse, porque es una combinación entre salado, dulce y muy picante, cuando digo muy picante es verdaderamente muy picante..
No se a ciencia cierta, si se consume en una sopa o puedes comerlo directamente, lo cierto del caso es que me encanto probarlo porque es algo diferente, también probamos otras cosas
