This is week 4 of the @Theterminal Community Redfish Rally 500 and I loved the experience. Each challenge has been very interesting and a learning of new things for me.
This is the last week of the June challenge and the task is called:
"Goal Setting"
Importance of setting goals
Having a well-defined objective is essential to achieve goals, it is what motivates you to carry out a task and a future commitment on what you want to become or where you want to be. It is very satisfying to reach goals, it is to surpass yourself and learn about what you are capable of doing to achieve what you want.
I have achieved goals in my life that have given me great joy. However, not everything is rosy and sometimes when I try to do something and do not succeed I am disappointed. But I keep trying as many times as necessary. Testing methods until finding the correct one and hitting the target.
In the Hive Blockchain it is important to set goals, be organized, and diligent to learn as much as you can because otherwise you will be publishing and publishing nonsense, just for profit and you will get frustrated and desist from posting.
That is why before creating content it is necessary to consider what you want to show, what image of your blog you want to project, what you want to achieve and in how long you want to achieve it.
My career on Steemit and now on Hive
I came to Steemit knowing absolutely nothing about blockchain, cryptocurrency or any related topic, I just knew that I had to make a presentation about myself and ended up doing something akin to a resume. I posted on various topics, made mistakes, got discouraged several times, came back, left again, and came to Hive.
At Hive, I quickly learned that I should focus on a central theme, something that I really liked to write and that had tools at my disposal to create original content. Also, I had to find the right communities to post my content and do my best to improve my performance.
In the two months I have since I started posting on Hive, I feel like I've made more progress than I ever imagined.
The reason is that I found my content niche, seek help and advice from the right people and very important is that the person who invited me to work at Hive gave me a push to encourage me. Not only did he tell me "hey there's a new Steemit starting to publish" but he encouraged me to do my best and supported me with a Hive Power delegation so that it will work better and it also served as a commitment to keep me active.

At the date of publication of this post my Hive Power is 663 HP which is distributed as follows:
- 219,213 Own HP
- 500 HP Delegation Received
- 60 HP Delegation sent.

My plan and future goals
My short term goal is to increase my own Hive Power to 1000 HP. Continue renting delegations that allow me to gain more healing and at the same time give a vote of greater value to other people. I hope to achieve it in a reasonable period of time although much depends on the votes I receive in my publications and on my ability to Power Up.
It is also important to me to increase my reputation on Hive. But I am optimistic in this regard, in the two months he has been posting on Hive I have reached 59 of reputation, something that not even in my most beautiful dreams would I think would happen, because during the two years of hard work at Steemit it was a suffering Reaching reputation 50 is supposed to be easier. So I am sure that I will keep moving forward until I get far.

I confess that I accept the invitation to join the Rally without fully understanding what it was like or what I had to do to have a good participation. But in a short time I learned what to do.
I received advice from a moderator who helped me correctly locate my posts in suitable communities. For example my central theme is #Foodie, #food, #postres, #recipes. So he pointed me to the #Foodiesbeehive Community and it has been an excellent recommendation.
I also learned about the proper use of labels and the order in which they should go in publications.
I learned the importance of publishing in English. It is hard work because it is not easy to translate a long text and the bilingual publication is consistent. But it's worth the effort because it helped me reach more people.
And the importance of evaluating the content that my Rally colleagues post. They are truly talented people who strive to do a good job and I have learned from their consistency and dedication.
And from the moderators I greatly appreciate your patience, attention and guidance in this whole process. He greatly appreciated their help and encouragement because in this virtual universe it is not easy to attract the attention of people who know what they are doing and also dedicate time to help others. For that and for everything Thank you very much !!!
Finally, I will say that I am willing to continue one more month in the Rally until I reach my goals. I know that with your help this trip will be easier and more pleasant. So far I have come a long way with your help so I will continue to work towards it.
This is my last official participation of the month of June in the RedFish Rally 500. We see ourselves with more goals accomplished in July.

Esta es la semana 4 del Redfish Rally 500 de la Comunidad @Theterminal y me ha encantado la experiencia. Cada desafío a sido muy interesante y un aprendizaje de cosas nuevas para mi.
Esta es la última semana del desafío del mes de Junio y la tarea se llama:
"Ajuste de Metas"
Importancia de establecer metas
Tener un objetivo bien definido es imprescindible para lograr metas, es lo que motiva a realizar una tarea y un compromiso a futuro sobre lo que quieres llegar a ser o en que lugar quieres encontrarte. Es muy satisfactorio alcanzar las metas, es superarse a uno mismo y aprender sobre lo que eres capaz de hacer para lograr lo que quieres.
Yo he logrado metas en mi vida que me han dado mucha alegría. Sin embargo no todo es color de rosa y a veces cuando intento hacer algo y no lo logro me desepciono. Pero sigo intentando tantas veces como sea necesario. Probando métodos hasta hallar el correcto y dar con la meta.
En la Blockchain de Hive es importante plantearse metas, ser organizado, y diligente por aprender tanto como se pueda porque de lo contrario estarás publicando y publicando sin sentido, solo para obtener ganancias y te frustraras y desistiras de postear.
Es por eso que antes de crear contenido es necesario plantearse que es lo que quieres mostrar, que imagen de tu blog quieres proyectar, que quieres alcanzar y en cuanto tiempo lo quieres lograr.
Mi trayectoria en Steemit y ahora en Hive
Llegue a Steemit sin saber absolutamente nada sobre cadena de bloques, criptomonedas o cualquier tema relacionado, sólo sabia que debía hacer una presentación sobre mi y termine haciendo algo parecido a un currículo. Publiqué de diversos temas, cometi errores, me desanime varias veces, regrese, volví a irme y llegué a Hive.
En Hive aprendí rápidamente que debía concentrarme en un tema central, algo que de verdad me gustara escribir y que tuviera herramientas a mi alcance para crear contenido original. También que debía buscar las comunidades adecuadas para postear mi contenido e investigar lo más que pueda para mejorar mi desempeño.
En los dos meses que tengo de haber empezado a postear en Hive siento que he avanzado más de lo que nunca me imaginaria.
La razón es que encontré mi nicho de contenido, busque ayuda y consejos de las personas adecuadas y muy importante es que la persona que me invito a trabajar en Hive me dio un empujón para que me animara. No sólo me dijo "hey hay un nuevo Steemit empieza a publicar" sino que me alentó a esforzarme y me apoyo con una delegación de Hive Power para que trabajará mejor y además me sirvió de compromiso para mantenerme activa.
Mis Datos actuales y objetivos futuros:
A la fecha de publicación de este post mi Hive Power es de 663 HP el cual se distribuye de la siguiente manera:
- 219.213 HP Propios
- 500 HP Delegación Recibida
- 60 HP Delegación enviada.
Mi objetivo a corto plazo es aumentar mi Hive Power propio a 1000 HP. Seguir rentando delegaciones que me permitan ganar más curación y a la vez dar un voto de mayor valor a otras personas. Espero conseguirlo en un plazo razonable de tiempo aunque mucho depende de los votos que reciba en mis publicaciones y de mi capacidad de hacer Power Up.
También es importante para mi aumentar mi reputación en Hive. Pero soy optimista en este aspecto, en los dos meses que llevó posteando en Hive he alcanzado 59 de reputacion, algo que ni en mis sueños más bonitos se me ocurriría que pasara, por que durante los dos años de trabajo duro en Steemit fue un sufrimiento alcanzar la reputación 50 que se supone es más fácil. Así que estoy segura que seguir e avanzando hasta llegar lejos.
Mi experiencia en el RedFish Rally 500 de Junio.
Confieso que acepte la invitación de unirme al Rally sin entender muy bien como era o que debía hacer para tener una buena participación. Pero en poco tiempo aprendí lo que debía hacer.
Recibi consejos de una moderadora que me ayudo a ubicar correctamente mis publicaciones en comunidades adecuadas. Por ejemplo mi tema central es #Foodie, #comida, #postres, #recetas. Así que me iindicó la Comunidad #Foodiesbeehive y ha sido una excelente recomendación.
También aprendi sobre el uso adecuado de las etiquetas y en el orden que deben ir en las publicaciones.
Aprendí la importancia de publicar en Inglés. Es una trabajo arduo por que no es fácil traducir un texto largo y que sea coherente la publicación bilingüe. Pero vale la pena es esfuerzo por que me ayudó a llegar a más personas.
Y la importancia de valorar el contenido que postean mis compañeros de Rally. Son personas realmente taletosas que se esfuerzan por hacer un buen trabajo y he aprendido de su constancia y dedicación.
Y de los moderadores agradezco enormemente su paciencia, atención y guía en todo este proceso. Valoró mucho su ayuda y aliento por que en este universo virtual no es fácil atraer la atención de personas que saben lo que hacen y además dedican tiempo para ayudar a otros. Por eso y por todo Muchas gracias!!!
Por último diré que estoy dispuesta a continuar un mes más en el Rally hasta alcanzar mis metas. Se que con su ayuda será más fácil y muy agradable este viaje. Hasta ahora he avanzado mucho con su ayuda así que seguire trabajando para lograrlo.

Muy interesante toda esa información, pero me ha confundido un poco. Es que no entiendo mucho de todas esas cosas... Sólo publico, voto, comento, me relaciono por el Discord y me agrada participar en concursos o "retos" que no sean tan difíciles su desarrollo. El gran problema, es la falla eléctrica que persiste en la zona donde vivo, la cual origina la intermitencia o falta de señal de internet. La semana pasada perdí publicar un buen reto acerca de la "Brújula" por tal motivo no me entusiasma mucho participar en retos continuos porque quedaría descalificado al no darle seguimiento...
En realidad observo que el reto del que expones es muy interesante. Averiguaré los detalles a ver de se trata y luego veremos. Gracias por estar ahí y formar parte de este universo virtual y social.

Te entiendo y se que no es facil, sobre todo cuando todo parece ir en contra de nuestro objetivo.
Se que tienes muchas duda y que al principio hay tanta informacion por asimilar que uno se agobia. Pero te dare algunos consejos:
Busca un tema que de verdad te guste y publica sobre eso. Vi en tu blog que haces muy buenos post.
Enfocate en hacer al menos dos post por semana, uno sobre algun reto o concurso y otro sobre el tema de tu preferencia
Cuando no tengas internet ve preparando algunos post en un block de notas, asi cuando tengas internet solo te falte buscar imagenes y publicar.
Yo escribo en un cuaderno una lista de tareas a realizar, es decir que post publicare y los concursos que me llamen la atencion. Luego voy cumpliendo tareas.
Interactua con tantas personas puedas, es decir visita los post de otros, vota, comenta. Asi vas ganando seguidores y vas observando el trabajo de otros y tomas ejemplo de ellos.
Puedo observar que haces un buen trabajo, no te desanimes. Estas en un lugar donde muchos estan luchando igual que tu para crecer. Asi que entre todos nos apoyamos. Y demas esta decir que sabes donde encontrarme si tienes alguna duda me escribes.

Hola amiga @mariale07 coincidimos en lo mismo, yo tampoco sabía nada sobre blockchain pero si sabia de cryptomonedas, ya había escuchado sobre Bitcoin. Pero es la práctica la que hace al maestro y es como aprendemos, entre errores y aciertos y creo que lo hemos hecho bien porque aquí estamos. Mirando hacia nuestra metas que son las mismas. Te felicito por tu compromiso con la plataforma, es lo mejor que hay en internet.

Hi @mariale07 First, I'd like to thank you for your participation in this Week's Goal Challenge. It is challenging to enter into any new venture. Your decision to enroll in the Redfish Rally in June was one of them. But you have proven that you can do anything you set your mind to.
We know how difficult it is to try to translate an entire post into English for the benefit of the English speaking members of Hive. But I guarantee you it is worth it. Just like me trying to translate into Spanish. I know the grammar is not sometimes correct. But we all know the meaning. And that is what's important to reach as many of your audience as you can. And that's by engaging with others outside your normal community our groups.
If you don't mind, could you replace the "he" to "she" for the mention of publishing your food posts. Thanks so much, lol.

Hola @mariale07 En primer lugar, me gustaría agradecerles su participación en el Desafío del Objetivo de esta semana. Es un desafío para entrar en cualquier nueva empresa. Su decisión de inscribirse en el Rally de los Peces Rojos en junio fue una de ellas. Pero han demostrado que pueden hacer cualquier cosa que se propongan.
Sabemos lo difícil que es tratar de traducir un post entero al inglés para el beneficio de los miembros de habla inglesa de Hive. Pero le garantizo que vale la pena. Como yo tratando de traducir al español. Sé que la gramática a veces no es correcta. Pero todos sabemos el significado. Y eso es lo importante para llegar a la mayor cantidad de público posible. Y eso es comprometiéndose con otros fuera de su comunidad normal, nuestros grupos.
Si no le importa, ¿podría reemplazar el "él" por "ella" para la mención de la publicación de sus puestos de comida. Muchas gracias, lol.

Nos informas con sencillez sobre tus dificultades en estas plataformas y sobre tus deseos a futuro. Espero que se te cumplan.
Por otra parte, y como todo esto tiene que ver con un aprendizaje permanente, me gustaría recomendarte que profundices un poco en el tema de la gramática y ortografía. Por allí hay algunos errorcillos que pueden corregirse fácilmente. En internet hay una enorme oferta gratuita de tutoriales para mejorar en estos aspectos.
Espero que te mantengas en la plataforma, pues tus platos de cocina son deliciosos jejeje

On the other hand, and as all this has to do with lifelong learning, I would like to recommend that you delve a little into the subject of grammar and spelling. There are some little bugs out there that can be easily fixed. On the internet, there is a huge free offer of tutorials to improve in these aspects.
