Hello everyone! Today I will show you how to make "pineapple fried rice", this one of my favorite fried rice recipe that I've learned from my korean friend who also work here as a chef 2 years ago. Just like other fried rice this pineapple fried rice is also very easy to cook but the taste is much different than the other fried rice that I used to cook.
Ingredients and Procedure
Ingredients:
leftover rice 2 servings
pineapple (small dice slices) 80grams
small onion 1pc
green bellpepper 1/2 pc
peeled shrimp 100g
egg 1pc
salt 1/4 teaspoon
Cooking procedure
first preheat the pan with cooking oil with a very slow fire.
after preheating the pan put the onion and shrimp and saute it for 1 minute.
then after sauteing the shrimp and onion add the belpepper and pineapple and saute again for another 1 minute
then put 1pc of egg and keep on mixing all the ingredients for a few seconds
don't forget to add 1/4 teaspoon of salt
then lastly put the rice and keep on mixing it for at least 3minutes or until the color of the rice turns into light golden brown.
and that's all my "Pineapple Fried Rice" is cooked well done and ready to be served haha, In just a few minutes of preparation and cooking our leftover rice turns into a delicious dish.
That's all, hope you like my recipe and thank tou for your time spent cooking with me..
