Ahora Julio está aquí, trayéndonos treintaiún oportunidades más para seguir creciendo como personas y sumarle experiencias y nuevos desafíos a nuestra vida. Y junto con el inicio de un nuevo mes, inicia también un nuevo Redfish Rally en la comunidad @TheTerminal.
Esperé con ansias el inicio de una nueva temporada de este Rally para poder participar. La verdad es que no tenía una idea lo suficientemente clara de en qué consistía esta “competición”, pero curiosamente parte del primer desafío consiste en leer atentamente las reglas del Rally. Los organizadores de este Rally han resaltado bastante la importancia de comprender cada una de las reglas y siempre han estado a nuestra disposición para aclarar cualquiera de nuestras dudas.
The month of June is gone, passing by as fast as the blink of an eye. Now July is here, bringing us thirty-one more opportunities to continue growing as people and add experiences and new challenges to our lives. And along with the beginning of a new month, it also starts a new Redfish Rally in the community @TheTerminal.
I was looking forward to the start of a new season of this Rally to be able to participate. The truth is that I did not have a clear enough idea of what this "competition" consisted of, but curiously enough, part of the first challenge consists of read carefully the Rally rules. The organizers of this Rally have stressed the importance of understanding each of the rules and have always been available to clarify any of our doubts.

La otra parte de este desafío consiste en dar una opinión personal sobre ciertos consejos útiles y bastante importantes que la comunidad The Terminal nos brinda a nosotros los Ralliers y que debemos de poner en práctica durante todo este mes para cumplir cada desafío de la forma más correcta posible, pero en mi opinión los consejos que yo he considerado más útiles para mí, pueden también ser de utilidad al resto de los usuarios (sobretodo usuarios nuevos), pues les permitirá asegurar un exitoso crecimiento dentro de esta plataforma.
The other part of this challenge is to give a personal opinion about some useful and quite important advices that The Terminal community gives to us Ralliers and that we should put into practice during this whole month in order to fulfill each challenge in the most correct way, but in my opinion the advices that I have considered more useful for me, can also be useful to the rest of the users (specially new users), because it will allow them to ensure a successful growth within this platform.
No leer lo suficiente es algo que nos ocurre no sólo aquí en la plataforma, sino también en nuestra vida cotidiana. Estamos acostumbrados a vivir una vida tan acelerada donde ni siquiera somos capaces de leer una simple tabla nutricional de los alimentos que adquirimos en el supermercado o incluso no tomamos el tiempo necesario de leer las normas del canal de Discord al que recién acabamos de unirnos (y esto es sólo por decir algo). El hábito de la lectura es esencial, no sólo en nuestra cotidianidad, sino también en muchos otros aspectos de nuestra vida.
Not reading enough is something that happens to us not only here on the platform, but also in our daily lives. We're used to living such a fast-paced life where we're not even able to read a simple nutrition chart of the foods we buy in the supermarket or even take the time to read the rules of the Discord channel we just joined (and this is just to say the least). The habit of reading is essential, not only in our daily lives, but also in many other aspects of our lives.

Creo que este es un consejo importante que no sólo aplica para nosotros los participantes del REDFISH RALLY, también aplica para todos los usuarios de Hive en general. Mientras más leamos y estemos al tanto de las normativas y de cómo funcionan las cosas nuestro crecimiento en la plataforma será cada vez más mayor.
Mientras más leas más información podrás manejar, tus dudas o inquietudes podrás aclarar y a otros usuarios ayuda brindar.
So my main advice is to read and read carefully... once, twice, three times or as many times as you think necessary until you can understand the information. I think this is important advice that not only applies to us REDFISH RALLY participants, it also applies to all Hive users in general. The more we read and are aware of the regulations and how things work, the more we will grow on the platform.
The more you read the more information you can handle, your doubts or concerns you can clarify and other users help provide.
Muchos Hivers probablemente no comprenden muy bien a qué nos referimos algunos cuando hablamos de “crear comunidad”. Bueno, pues simplemente es interaccionar con otros usuarios…así como lo haces en cualquier otra red social. Votar o rebloguear la publicación de otro usuario e incluso dejar un comentario amigable son cosas que resultan ser bastantes positivas, pues no sólo estás valorando el trabajo de otra persona sino también te estás dando a conocer y das a conocer el contenido de otros usuarios, así que básicamente es algo de ganar-ganar.
Many Hivers probably don't quite understand what some of us mean by "building community. Well, it's simply interacting with other users...just like you do on any other social network. Voting or reblogging another user's post and even leaving a friendly comment are things that turn out to be quite positive, since you're not only valuing someone else's work but you're also making yourself known and publicizing other users' content, so it's basically a win-win thing.

Yo solía ser un poco reacia a escribir en estas salas de chat, pero luego de un tiempo me di cuenta de que es divertido y es una manera bastante dinámica de darte a conocer entre otros usuarios, dar a conocer tu contenido e incluso puedes llegar a entablar grandes amistades vía online.
Así que no tengas miedo de interaccionar, pues de esta manera tu contenido será cada vez más visible.
Another way to create community is through Discord's chat rooms. I used to be a bit reluctant to write in these chat rooms, but after a while I realized that it's fun and it's a pretty dynamic way to make yourself known to other users, to make your content known and you can even make great friendships online.
So don't be afraid to interact, because this way your content will be more and more visible.
El uso correcto de las etiquetas es algo que puede marcar una diferencia considerable de cuántas personas visualizan tu contenido e incluso puede llegar a influir en las recompensas que recibas, pero ¿por qué? Bueno, pues las etiquetas son el medio más sencillo de poder encontrar publicaciones de nuestro interés o de un tema en específico…es como una red que nos permite atrapar una cierta cantidad de peces en el inmenso y profundo mar.
Hasta hace poco solía realizar mis publicaciones desde hive.blog, aquí el máximo de etiquetas permitidas son 8, mientras que en peakd.com el máximo son 10…y esto era algo que yo desconocía completamente. Y a mi parecer (y quizás podrá parecerte tonto), con dos etiquetas adicionales se abren más posibilidades de que el contenido que publiquemos sea más visible.

Mi fácil consejo es que las etiquetas que uses sean acordes y estén relacionadas al tema de tu publicación. Por otra parte, lee muy bien (y aquí volvemos al Consejo 1) los términos de cada una de las Comunidades existentes aquí en Hive, cada una de ellas describen de manera concisa el tipo de contenido que admiten.
For new users and even for some who have already spent some time on this platform, the use of the tags becomes a little difficult to understand, as there is no clear idea of which communities to tag. My easy advice is that the tags you use should be appropriate and related to the topic of your post. On the other hand, read very carefully (and here we return to Tip 1) the terms of each of the existing Communities here at Hive, each of which concisely describes the type of content they support.
Espero que estos consejos o recomendaciones te hayan sido de utilidad. Lee, infórmate, aclara tus dudas y nunca tengas vergüenza de buscar ayuda para aclarar cualquier interrogante…esta comunidad está repleta de personas maravillosas que no tienen problema alguno en prestar su apoyo para ayudar a surgir a otros usuarios. Recuerda que en la unión está la fuerza.

BUT PEAKD has do much more like drafts and posting to own blog.
I love the blog it’s an infotorial, and this challenge made you 11.80 already and you get my 100% vote because this is what we mean , and this is for newer arrivals very usefull.
