No sé qué año exactamente era, pero si fue hace un buen tiempo, “Ana” estudio conmigo en bachillerato, era pequeña, tenía cabello negro largo y una cara muy bonita, su personalidad no tanto, pero esa no la historia.
Nos reencontramos en ese boom que fue Facebook en su época de novedad, donde literalmente te unía a personas de las que habías perdido el rastro hace algún tiempo, así que decidimos reunirnos para vernos y saber de nuestras respectivas vidas.
“Ana” me contó que junto a su tío estaba importando equipos a Venezuela desde Estados unidos, me llamo mucho la atención pues yo estaba interesada en adquirir una computadora Mac nueva y una cámara fotográfica profesional, entonces intercambiamos números para poder hacer “El negocio”

Pues bien, era diciembre y yo recibía lo que se llama en Venezuela “El Aguinaldo” que no es más que un dinero que te otorga la empresa donde laboras, Por lo general te saca de apuros, pagas deudas, inviertes, etc. En mi caso quería invertir en equipos, ya que me dedico al Diseño Gráfico y me gusta la Fotografía, Así que le di a “Ana” el total de mi aguinaldo para tal fin. ¡Llegaron los equipos!

Un día recibí la tan anhelada llamada “Llegaron tus equipos” así que fui contenta, rauda y veloz a buscarlos y vaya sorpresa que me lleve. Cuando “Ana” me lo da inmediatamente me di cuenta de que se trataba de un equipo USADO, sus cables estaban sucios y hasta pelados y ya habían ¡instalados programas!! Y de paso tampoco era el equipo con las características que pedí. ¡TODO MAL! Ella me dijo que su tío me había hecho “El favor” de instalarme los programas de diseño al enterarse de que yo la usaría para ese fin, y que además los cables estaban sucios porque al llegar a la Aduana se los hicieron sacar para revisarlos y en ese trámite pues se “ensuciaron un poco” mientras ella me decía esto yo ya había entrado a la configuración y los programas estaban instalados desde hace 5 años, por supuesto le pedí la devolución de mi dinero de inmediato porque no soy tan tonta para creerme ese cuento.

En mi caso salí “Airosa” pues pude cobrar el cheque y recuperar mi inversión, no sin antes tener una discusión con ella, porque además en esos meses de espera me había pedido prestada mi cuenta de Mercado Libre y a la semana fui bloqueada sin poder recuperarla, me fui molesta, pero con mi dinero, cuando me devolvía a casa indignada por la situación me llamo mi amigo, también lo llamo para entregarle su equipo Mac pues los demás venían en camino… paso por mí misma situación (yo ya le había advertido) a lo que él decidió pedirle TODO su dinero, obvio ya no confiaba en ella, y su respuesta fue que le entregaría un cheque luego, que debía hablar con el tío. Pues a la semana efectivamente le entrego el cheque ¡SIN FONDOS! Le dio uno tras u otro, y otro y otro y todos rebotaban… él estaba realmente desesperado. Pues excusas iban y venían y nada que recuperaba su inversión.

¿El Final?
Un día “Mi amiga Ana” lo llamo llorando, sí... LLORANDO le contó que habían entrado a su lugar de trabajo unos encapuchados que le robaron todo su dinero, dinero que, según, usaría para pagarle a mi amigo, pero se llevaron sus tarjetas y pistola en mano, la obligaron a dar sus claves, entrego su efectivo, dijo que estaba traumatizada y que la comprendiera pues había perdido todo.

No supe más de ellos durante un tiempo, nunca supe si mi amigo recupero su dinero o por lo menos parte de él, no volvimos a hablar más, pero sé que ahora vive en Italia. Con respecto a “Ana” supe husmeando en internet que tenía una orden judicial abierta y según iba a ir presa por estafas mayores, creo una empresa, la registro y estafaba a mayor escala. No sé si habrá llegado a algún acuerdo o salió bajo fianza, pues me mostraron una foto de ella libre y feliz.
Viendo la Serie “Inventing Anna” Recordé este episodio con esta ex compañera de clases, por supuesto su nombre es diferente, pero la serie me la hizo recordar en algunos aspectos de ella, es una lastima que alguien conocido quiera estafarte y mienta sin importar las consencuencias.
