Uno de los sabores que más disfruto en la comida es la carne del pulpo y la de la langosta sobre todo porque son proteínas tan delicadas que no necesitan mayor tiempo de cocción y tampoco necesitas agregarle otros ingredientes porque su textura y su sabor son insuperables.

Aquí en esta zona del país el pulpo por ejemplo tienen un tiempo para su pesca, que por cierto es esta época precisamente hasta aproximadamente diciembre, luego de ese tiempo no es recomendable sacarlo del mar porque dañaría la fauna marina por completo.

Además esta zona es costera y es lo más natural y normal comer productos del mar (frutos del mar) y que por cierto aquí se les llama: Mariscos aunque no son todos iguales. Lo cierto del caso es que son divinos y su forma de prepararlos es sumamente sencilla, solo debes limpiarlos y colocarlos en agua caliente por un rato teniendo cuidado claro está.
