Hoy les traigo un poco más de teoría gastronómica para ir empapándonos de más conocimientos. Hace un par de años ni yo mismo sabía que había diferencia entre estos dos términos: REPOSTERÍA y PASTELERÍA y gracias a mis maestros culinarios pude aprender un poco más. Así que hoy les traigo un post sobre esos términos y cual es su diferencia, porque si hay diferencias.
