Un fin de semana de trabajo honrado al lado de mi estudiante y amiga @dbora así que debo decir que estuvo estupendo, la pasé muy bien, disfruté tanto del trabajo que no me pareció fuerte a pesar de que estuvimos armando menú días antes para dejar todo asegurado en el evento.
A weekend of honorable work with my student and friend @dbora so I must say it was great, I had a great time, I enjoyed the work so much that it did not seem strong even though we were putting together a menu days before to leave everything insured at the event.
Se suponía que al principio sería solo pasapalos o entremeses lo que serviríamos pero los comensales nos dieron la tarea de hacer todo a última hora y hubo que asumir el reto, debo decir que fue ese momento algo intenso pero satisfactorio porque pudimos salir airosos del inconveniente.
It was assumed that at first it would only be appetizers or hors d'oeuvres that we would serve but the diners gave us the task of doing everything at the last minute and we had to take on the challenge, I must say that that moment was somewhat intense but satisfactory because we were able to overcome the inconvenience.
Fue un menú basado en frutos del mar por exigencia del cliente pero sencillo de hacer gracias a Dios. Y lo mejor es que quedó muy rico. Así que hoy agradezco a Dios por la oportunidad dada para trabajar ya que estamos en tiempos muy fuertes.
It was a menu based on seafood at the customer's request but easy to do, thank God. And the best thing is that it was very rich. So today I thank God for the opportunity given to work since we are in very strong times.
