Do you know you are a creative person?
Well, I personally don't consider myself as a creative person. But if we change our perspective and understanding about creativity then maybe we will find everyone as a creative person. And, that's the truth actually.
Everyone has the power to be creative, everyone can do creative work!
Don't always put effort into finding the end result of creativity. Creative thinking is also creative work. It doesn't have to come out with a painting or a poem to be creative.
Now the question is, how we can trigger our creativity?
First, discover what you are good at, what interests you. It can be your dream, desire or just your interest. Try to understand it and then explore it.
Create your own work. It can be anything, a design to organize your office, a model to implement HR better, an idea to generate more creative work, a drawing, photography; anything. We need to create our own work to be creative, we need to make the 'thinking' out in this real world.
Challenge yourself to come up with creativity. It's hard to always push ourselves to create something new. But no matter what sector you are, no matter how your lifestyle is; you can always bring creativity in the regular work. And that's what matters most.
I know only knowing these will not make anyone creative. So, we have to jump to following all these three and start doing this. And, I really believe if anyone can do so, he/she can trigger own creativity and thus improve the creative self.
