Feliz Sábado tengan todos adorados amigos de Hive, hoy les enseñare como preparar una rica crema de papa con calabaza, que además de saludable es una excelente opción para almorzar.
Happy Saturday dear friends of Hive, today I will show you how to prepare a delicious cream of potato soup with pumpkin, which besides being healthy is an excellent choice for lunch.
Ingredientes:
♢3 Papas
♢250 gr de Calabaza
♢Agua
♢Queso (Al gusto)
♢Sal (Al gusto)
♢2 Cucharadas de Leche
♢Cilantro (Para decorar)
Ingredients:
♢3 Potatoes
♢250 gr of Pumpkin
♢Water
♢Cheese (To taste)
♢Salt (To taste)
♢2 Tablespoons of Milk
♢Cilantro (For garnish )
Preparación:
Preparation:
1.- Retiramos las cáscaras de nuestras papas y calabaza y cortamos en trozos.
1.- Remove the skins from our potatoes and squash and cut into chunks.
2.- Hervimos en una olla aproximadamente por 30min.
2.- Boil in a pot for approximately 30 minutes.
3.- Una vez cocidas añadimos en una licuadora las papas y calabaza.
3.- Once cooked, add the potatoes and pumpkin in a blender.
4.- Luego incorporamos agua.

5.- Después la leche y sal al gusto.
5.- Then the milk and salt to taste.
6.- Licuamos dichos ingredientes.
6.- Blend these ingredients.
7.- Cortamos en trocitos el queso.
7.- Cut the cheese into small pieces.
8. Servimos la crema con los trocitos de queso, y decoramos con cilantro.
