Last week I got some Thai basil from my Thai friend. She grows various kinds of Thai vegetables such as coriander, Thai basil, Yardlong beans, and chili. We had dinner together, It is called Thai Esan hot pot that the main ingredient is Thai basil. This was a good meal for us after we don't see a long time. She gave some Thai Basil to me. This post I would like to make stir clams with Thai basil and share a recipe with you.

Some recipe adds Thai Roasted Chili Sauce (Nam Prik Pao) so the taste will be spicier. You can stir clams without boiling but it might take time. Don't boil the clams too long because clams meat will shrink.
