I hope your Mother's Day was an enjoyable one!
For me, today was so much fun, I barely found the time to post! As always food for us is foundational to a good day. Although my mom has been gone for a while now, I still try to make fried chicken like she used to, and that was what was on the dinner menu!
I just know Mom would have been proud to see my daughter trying out her green thumb!
The seedlings are growing right along!
New additions are constantly joining the ever increasing "garden"!

We really have been getting out and hiking as much as possible! Getting some nice content that will be seen over the next few blogs, as well as some good exercise, makes it all worth it!
Only one problem is running into a few unwanted hitchhikers!
But getting out and spending time together while enjoying our joint hobby (photography) is totally worth it!
All the amazing sites and the clean air is what brings us back time after time!

Yes! It was a great Mother's Day despite still feeling the loss. Being surrounded by love sure helps what ails you. The weather was pretty nice, the company was the best, the prezzies were awesome! Who could ask for anything more?
